Renting a house
I was looking to rent a house in Northampton and so I found a property advertised by Leaders. Great support from the team for renting process which was very fast and simple.

Excellent customer service
From the moment I met Jolanta, service manager at Leaders Northampton, I found her friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Even taking the time to make friends with my muddy dog. As a first time landlord, Jolanta has helped guide me through this process, answering all my questions no matter how small or silly. She also went over and above for me when I needed it in order to move the tenants in on time, and all this over the Christmas period. I can't rate her and her customer service highly enough.

I’m very glad about this review because Lillian and the team at leaders have been great since from the very start! My husband and I have been looking for a property to rent for a long while and it took just one viewing (first time even contacting the agency) with Lillian to find one! The process has been smooth and quick and we are looking forward to moving into our new home!;) Thank you soo much for giving us this opportunity to settle and reunite our family in this awesome property we can call home 🙏🏿

Amazing team
I am so grateful for all the support that Kristin and his manager have offered during the letting process. The communication is excellent, they guided me through all the process and were always available to clarify all my questions. They are very well organized and reliable.
