I was unhappy with my bag. I went to ups to return it. It was going to cost me $350 to return-$50 more than the bag. So I tried the usps only to find that you can’t send leather goods from the US to Italy so it looks like I’m stuck with a $300 bag that I don’t want. I wrote a review about my experience and the company threatened me with legal action if I didn’t take the review down. So my counsel to anyone is to not order from this company if you live in the United States!

The tote bag I ordered was shipped promptly and carefully packaged. The workmanship is superb with equal care on the leather part as well as the interior lining in a beautiful contrasting color. The interior zippered, removable pouch is well designed and practical. The discrete, classy logo is also a plus.

I love my new Bombo croco bag. It’s stylish, well made, so lady like and is surprisingly roomy. I was worried the handle maybe a fraction too small; admittedly it could do with being slightly deeper, but it is easy enough to carry by hand. Absolutely love it, thank you! xx
