My experience with Furla’s online store from the United States has been extremely disappointing.
It all started with a handbag I had saved in my wishlist. For several days, I kept receiving daily emails claiming that the bag was discounted by 50 percent. However, every time I clicked on the link, the item appeared at full price. I contacted customer service to ask for clarification, but all I received was a generic response saying the issue would be escalated, with no real answer or solution.
A few days later, the bag did go on sale, but only by a small amount, nowhere near the advertised 50 percent. At that point, I decided to purchase it anyway. Shortly after, customer service contacted me again simply to note that I had completed the purchase, as if the issue had been resolved.
The real problem came immediately after. On the same day, UPS notified me that I would have to pay over 400 dollars in import duties, brokerage fees, and shipping charges. This was shocking, especially since the bag itself cost around 200 dollars. According to Furla’s terms and conditions, the customer should not be responsible for additional costs and actually all my purchases with them were Delivery Duty Paid. Instead, I was charged for import duties, customs clearance, brokerage, and even shipping, which I had already paid to Furla.
This resulted in costs more than doubling, which is completely unreasonable.
I immediately contacted Furla asking for urgent guidance on whether I should accept the delivery or not, but I received no response yet. I also tried calling the phone number listed on their website, but it was not active. The virtual assistant chat was completely unhelpful and unable to address the issue.
In the end, I had to contact UPS directly, and they advised me to place the package on hold and open a dispute, something that should have been handled by Furla in the first place.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating and stressful experience. The customer service is essentially nonexistent, the promotional emails were misleading, and the handling of international shipping and duties was completely inadequate.
It is especially disappointing because I have always appreciated Furla as a brand, since I'm Italian. However, after this experience, my trust is gone, and I will not purchase from their international online store again.

Ho acquistato questa borsa a dicembre: è la mia quarta Furla, quindi parlo da cliente affezionata. Purtroppo, però, la qualità mi ha davvero delusa. Fin da subito ho avuto l’impressione che il materiale fosse scadente: più che pelle sembra plastica o cartone, anche per via dell’odore poco piacevole.
L’ho utilizzata pochissimo, non più di 5 volte, e già presenta segni di usura nella parte inferiore. Da un marchio come questo mi aspettavo decisamente di meglio.

Quality vs price is the worst. You can buy a chinese bag at a fraction of price and it will last you more. I bought a red bag in florence for 400 euros snd wore it five times. I live with air conditioning all the time. When i tried to use it a few days ago, it had stained the white sack that came either. Now they are telling me to send it to a place for repair or throw it out.

Ich habe bei Furla eine Kette und Ohrringe bestellt. Die Bestellung ist nie bei mir angekommen, lt. DHL express ist diese verloren gegangen. Von Furla hatte ich eine Mail bekommen, dass die sich kümmern werden. Aber es passiert nichts und meine Nachrichten werden ignoriert. Keine Ware und keine Erstattung. Ganz toll.

Sono o almeno ero un'appassionata del Brand Furla tanto che acquisto da molti anni 3/4 borse l'anno corredate di pochette e portafogli con un esborso economico non indifferente. A dicembre ho effettuato l'ennesimo acquisto: una piccola e bellissima borsa nera caratterizzata da una chiusura montante un bottone dorato ( caratteristica delle borse di questo inverno). Mantengo le mie borse molto bene nelle custodie originali ed avendone molte le utilizzo a rotazione. Per farla breve, una settimana fa, in occasione di un pranzo aziendale, ho deciso di utilizzare il mio ultimo acquisto e con mio enorme stupore mi sono accorta che il bottone della chiusura è scolorito nella parte centrale. Mi sono recata dal rivenditore ( la borsa è in garanzia) che dopo averla esaminata e constatato il danno ha fotografato borsa e scontrino per inviare reclamo all'assistenza clienti. Ieri mi hanno chiamato dicendomi che Furla si rifiuta di sostituire l'articolo perché si tratta di un danno da usura : due mesi di vita ed utilizzata 3/4 volte. Inoltre mi è stato anche riferito che Furla ultimamente si rifiuta di riconoscere la garanzia sui prodotti che mette in commercio. Evidentemente non è più l'azienda seria di un tempo. Sicuramente smetterò di acquistare i suoi prodotti.

La qualità si paga, ma io che pago voglio di riflesso altrettanta qualità. Sito molto bello e intuitivo, molto semplice e veloce l’acquisto dall’app. Il pacco è arrivato ben imballato, forse troppo grande per la misura della borsa. Tuttavia a fronte dell’alto standard qualitativo dei prodotti, ho constatato delle inefficienze. Innanzitutto il servizio di messaggistica istantaneo attraverso l’assistente virtuale non si interfaccia correttamente con il servizio che si occupa della preparazione dei pacchi. Per mia mancanza, è vero, non ho inserito un messaggio di auguri, dato che la borsa è un regalo di laurea e ho subito contattato il servizio sia tramite chat sia tramite mail, dandomi effettivo riscontro positivo che avrebbero proceduto all'inserimento del pacco. Considerate che gli ordini fatti entro le 12.00 vengono fatti in giornata e così è stato, quindi ero tranquilla che tutto era stato sistemato. Peccato che all’arrivo del pacco mancasse il messaggio: tralascio i dettagli, ma il servizio clienti ha riconosciuto l’errore commesso per loro disattenzione. Davvero bella ed elegante la confezione regalo, ma ero convinta fosse una busta e invece si trattava di una scatola che si chiude con il nastro. Ripeto è molto bella, ma è un po’ scomoda da portare, soprattutto quando io (o chiunque) dovrò consegnare il regalo e la festeggiata dovrà portarselo a casa (dovrà appoggiarsela addosso necessariamente). Sarebbe più opportuno fornire anche la busta o solo quella per una maggiore portabilità. Ultimo aspetto: vi prego cambiate corriere. UPS non è affidabile, non ha inviato nemmeno un link per tracciare il pacco, non dà la possibilità di poter riprogrammare la consegna o far consegnare il pacco presso un punto ritiro, costringendoci a diversi disagi.

I ordered two bags, when I received the order there was only one bag. According to them they opened an investigation with UPS. Which is very strange to me as the problem is with their packaging department and not UPS. Then I get a vague email that UPS tried contacting me but didn’t get through so they closed the case and advised me to contact UPS. I don’t even know when UPS contacted me as I work throughout the week and am not at home. I’m so disappointed in their service, I’ll be filing a chargeback. My orderno: SFCEU0564121-NL

Mein Sohn hat für mich zu Valentinstag( und mein Geburtstag auch)Furla "Ella" Tasche bestellt mit Aktionspreis , paar Tage vor 14.2 Nachricht gekommen- die Tasche kommt mit Verspätung, dann ungefähr am 17.2 er hat Nachricht geschickt und gefragt- wann endlich kommt die Tasche. Antwort gekommen, das die Tasche wurde zurück geschickt, weil niemand hat sie Abgeholt..obwohl es ist keine Nachricht gewesen, das er darf schon die Tasche abholen! Er hat wieder geschrieben, das er braucht die Tasche, dann die haben geschrieben, das er kann sie wieder kaufen, aber schon mit volle Preis, weil Aktion vorbei ist... Ich würde für niemanden empfehlen auf furla.com etwas zu bestellen- von dort mann bekommt nach längere Wartezeit nur reine Frechheit und Unzufriedenheit

J’ai profité des soldes pour effectuer mon premier achat sur le site officiel Furla et tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. La commande a été simple et rapide, l’expédition très efficace et la livraison dans les délais annoncés.
J’ai reçu mon sac dans un carton solide, très bien emballé et parfaitement protégé. Le produit est conforme à la description et je n’ai rencontré aucun problème du début à la fin de la commande.
Je précise que je n’ai pas eu besoin de contacter le service client, qui est parfois mentionné comme un point pouvant poser problème dans certains avis. Mon retour d’expérience concerne donc uniquement la partie commande, expédition et livraison, qui a été entièrement satisfaisante.

I am having a terrible experience with Furla. I ordered a purse which was marked off 50% for their Winter Sale. The promotion was not applied to the purchase, so I was charged full price. I have repeatedly reached out to their customer service for the refund. When they finally responded, they said they could give me store credit for the difference. When I refused and requested again that they return the difference, they said they'd need a letter from my bank! Outrageous. They are not entitled to overcharge for an item and then keep my money. False advertising and terrible customer service. I'm still awaiting a refund. This should have been handled in a single day.
