The ordering process was seamless. There were no delivery issues. The quality of my purchase was exquisite. The craftsmanship is evident in every detail. This will not be my only purchase from Le Parmentier.

The bag is beautiful, and it looks very classy. The only let down is one of the clasps of the shoulder strap is not as smooth but it still clicks onto the bag, so I will give it a pass. Response from LeParmentier was also very prompt, generally within 24 hours. The one thing I have to complain was the tracking. There could be no update for days and it made me nervous because there was no information as to where the parcel was when it was in transit. Only until it arrived Australia was I able to get a tracking from Australia Post and from then onwards, things happened quite quickly and before long, it was delivered. However, from the time the bag was sent out in Europe and before its arrival to the destination country, it was a very long and silent wait. Total delivery time was around 19 days.

I’m really impressed the quality. The leather feels premium and durable, and the design is both stylish and practical. It’s the perfect size for everyday use, with enough space to keep everything organized without feeling bulky. I’ve received many compliments on it! Definitely a great purchase and worth the investment.

This is the second bag I bought from LaParmentier since February. These bags are exceptional quality and beautiful. They come packaged and wrapped to perfection and placed in a dustbag. I absolutely love both of them. I would like to suggest using the premium shipping. It is well worth the money. I had my bag in just 4 days and it came from Italy all the way to NY. The customer service is exceptional as well. My first bag I opted for the free shipping which is much slower. I reached out and was assisted by Alex who was very helpful. I highly recommend bags from LaParmentier. You won't be disappointed!!!

I ordered a silk scarf and I’m in love! it’s such a pretty accessory and makes any outfit feel more styled. I’ve been wearing it on my head, around my neck, and even tying it on my bag - also tried it as a belt and it looks so cute!

I have their Jackie tote bag and I always get compliments whenever I use it. It can fit everything I need from day to night and especially my 14” laptop, I easily can work everywhere. Not to mention the leather feels smooth and durable, a masterpiece that truly lasts and perfect for every season, truly classic! I just wish the strap could be a little wider for more support when I have everything in. Nevertheless, it’s perfect and I love it and can’t wait to get another bag from them!!! ❤️✨
