I bought the Daria suede jacket in brown from L Cuppini and it’s absolutely beautiful, great fit and quality. Supreme Softness, Effortless Style
I bought the cream fringed cashmere cardigan just recently and I have to say the service, communication, delivery and quality were all impeccable. The softness of the cardigan is one of the best I have felt. It’s a pity that it’s 34 degrees outside and I can’t wear it now!!! Highly recommend.

I was worried at first because sometimes tan colours do not match with my complexion but it is truly beautiful. Disappointing Experience: Long Delays & Slow Refund Process
I ordered a mink jacket, expecting delivery within 1-3 days as stated on the website, but it arrived six weeks late. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the jacket, especially considering the £2,000 price.
Customer service initially dismissed my concerns, suggesting that steaming the jacket would help, which unsurprisingly didn’t. At first, they refused my refund and only agreed after I disputed it as my legal rights under UK consumer regulations. Even then, the refund process took over four weeks, which was really frustrating.

Unfortunately, this means that the overall timeline can sometimes take longer than anticipated. We would love to be able to produce, dispatch, and deliver our bespoke items within 1-3 days, but due to the nature of our products and the craftsmanship involved, this is simply not possible. We’re sorry for any confusion caused, and we’re actively reviewing how we can make this clearer for our customers moving forward.
Regarding your concerns about the quality of the jacket, we are very sorry that the product did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and are constantly striving to improve. We’re also deeply sorry that our initial suggestion to steam the jacket did not resolve the issue. Our intention was to offer a quick and effective solution, but we completely understand that this was not satisfactory.

DO NOT buy from this company. Writing this review to help others because I was also fooled by the marketing. Believe the other one star reviews for this company. I initially bought a coat from here because of their marketing and videos they posted on TikTok. They are atrocious at responding and took almost 14 days to respond back for an exchange. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional especially for a company who is specializing in a "luxury" market. I was also under the impression that the owner was making and designing her own coats but seems like these coats are drop-shipped from Asia and are cheaply made. In addition, they offer a 100 dollars off for those who write a five star review on trustpilot and google reviews and screenshot it to them. This is also why I suspect there are so many inflated 5 star reviews. You are probably better off going to a local fur store to have them custom make a fur coat.
