Delivery very speedy. But grass seed has not taken at all. Now in our second week still no sign of any new grass. Very disappointed.

Order 144035. Appalling customer service. Ordered on their website the “Premium Shade” seeds - it took almost a week to arrive, but the real issue is that they sent the wrong seeds (Sprogs & Dogs). The phone line is a joke as it answers with an automatic message “we are understaffed so send us an email”. Good luck getting any response by email.

I have to go last minute and get seeds somewhere else as I had booked the gardeners to work this weekend.

What it will top it up is if they refuse to refund the money.

Awful - first and last time I use this company.

Update 15 Oct/24: never replied emails. They did send the right seeds in the end and they appear to have worked well. Still terrible service so upgraded to 3 stars (from 1) and will probably never use them again.

Brought some a few months ago really grew fast.So brought some more to do rest of the lawn.Great price delivery was on time.

After 6 weeks the lawn is looking great....just as advertised. Well pleased and quick delivery too.

Found the ultra shade seed very slow to germinate. 30 days on still hardly any growth. Whereas rye grass is thriving.

Waste of money. Sown as directed but no grass.

Serms to be what I want and the site's reviews are good, unfortunately the weather was too bad to use the seed so will have to wait till spring. Arrived well packaged and in good time.

good grass seed delivered on time or early. lots of choice for different requirements. competitive prices. have used before and will again.

There were some communication problems when the courier lost my order, but once these were overcome LawnUK acted quickly to resolve the problem. Too soon to comment on the quality of the seeds.

Lawn seed turned up very quickly and from previous times works well.

The lawn seed arrived on time and undamaged. It was sown in mid-September over a bare area of the lawn that's partially shaded. Two weeks later it is already showing early signs of germination.
