Very helpful when a lack of updates arose
Took payment for two replacement lawnmower blades on 7th April. After a problem somewhere with email notification since, we now have confirmation that the order is already on the way. Thank you for sorting this out.

They have resolved the phone answering glitch
The company was going through a bad patch with not enough staff to answer phones, but they assure me that has been fixed and after I managed to speak to somebody they were very helpful and delivered what I needed. Finally good service and good value.

Has been impossible to contact about missing paid forparts
We ordered and paid for parts at the beginning of March and to date we have not received them 4th April 2025.
There might be a good reason for this which happens but I have emailed/phoned numerous time, even used their return call facility to no avail/I have also gone as far as send my query via the contact form on the website. So far at this date the service has been appaling

Wrong item
Ordered a carb for Stihl HS80 the only one listed on their site. What i was set was very different looked nothing like the image on the site (the image was an exact match to the original) took a while to get through to customer service only to be told there 3 different carbs, they offered to try another but opted to send it back for a refund and go to another supplier who can send what is ordered rather than trial and error. Waste of time and money, poor experience will not be using again. How hard is it to take a photo of the product you are selling and list it on your website?!?!?.

We do our best to provide accurate listings, but due to variations in models, it’s always important to match the part number rather than relying solely on the image.
When you reached out, we offered to help resolve the issue by supplying the correct carburetor, but we understand that you preferred to return the item instead. We respect your decision and will processes your refund on your orders return.
