Do not buy, the product is NOT from Italy, it is from China the clothing is nothing like as advertised and they will refuse to refund your money back and offer credit note,

I paid £33 for a Levi shirt! I received a Chinese cheap shirt worth £5 at best!

La Vie En Mode is blatantly misleading. They claim their products are crafted in Italy and the UK, but what you actually get is junk shipped from China. The clothes I received looked nothing like the advertised images and were made from cheap, low-quality materials.

Their so-called 'no quibble' 30-day return policy is a sham. They refuse to provide a return address and instead try to trap you with store credit to buy more of their garbage. This is a clear scam designed to extract money from unsuspecting consumers.

Avoid La Vie En Mode at all costs. They're nothing but a front for fraud, and you deserve better for your hard-earned money.

SCAM OPERATION BEWARE

This website is a scam drop shipping from China. They steal product images from the original authentic brands such as NOVU, Aurelian, and falsely pretend that it’s their products but it is a scam. They drop ship cheap versions from China and do not hold any of the stock, the item you will receive (if you do) will be a very cheap poor quality item and not the same as what you see in the photo, because what you see in the photo is not this brands product as it belongs to other brands.

Do not fall for this scam, there are widespread complaints about this company being a scam.

Stick with the real and original brands such as NOVU who this website steals their images from and passes them off as their own.

I suggest everyone reports this website and does not buy from them.

Terrible company. Fancy website (with errors), which makes the clothes look great but they are dreadful. Awful material. Cheap feel. Poor fit. Stay well clear.

I have been trying to return the products. Sent over 10 emails. Had a couple of responses, but no info on how to return. Scammers

Avoid this is a scam. I bourght a bracelet for £34.95 it took ages to come and when it did it did not look like the picture. It wasn't event worth £1. I tried to return it but the owner jane green refused and offered me 50% store credit. I know have to contact my bank

What they send and when it does arrive is total rubbish. Unfortunately I bought without checking their reviews.

This is a scam website for a company pretending to be western, but is in fact based in China. I ordered 1 pair of shorts and 2 hours later they added another pair of short to my order, doubling the cost - I contacted them straight away but they refuse to refund me when I said that I wanted to cancel my order. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM SITE.

This site is a bit of a scam. The quality is way worse than the images suggest. Cheap, poorly made clothing. Mine arrived with damage and seeing the quality I just wanted a refund as per their published policy. After weeks of emails where they instead offered store discounts instead and wouldn't give a returns label/address despite their policy saying you have 30 days to return it unworn, I have pretty much given up. Wish I had read reviews first! Stay away and tell others to save their money too.

AWFUL! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Ordered a twin set, was nothing like the photo, the factory isn’t in Italy it come from Asia the parcel! They’ve tried to fob my refund off by offering a 75% store discount, I refused and sent it back and they’ve stopped replying and haven’t issued a refund! £170 out of pocket!

Awful quality clobber that looks absolutely nothing like the photos. They dont offer any returns to sale items of which their whole site has items at 'discount'. Avoid, its a scam site.

Corduroy shorts purchased and very very poor quality nothing like their website. Has the look and feel of the cheapest Chinese clothing.

Please do not buy this company. Sunglasses ordered which i received after 20 days .. received faulty ( lopsided and loose) , just could not wear so requested return after sending them pictures , was only offered replacement which did not arrive.. after many emails was offered 30% credit online but no replacement had arrived.. No they won’t even answer my emails. I otean costed me £30 and it’s not so much abt money about not allowing them to take advantage of others.

Don’t ever buy from them. Refused refund on clothes that they sent in the wrong sizes and quality is awful. Scam artists

No response from return request email when trying to return damaged goods

Didn’t send what I ordered, refused to give a refund, offered a 60% store credit instead and wouldn’t give me an address to return items to. Told me to keep them. Since they are size small, and no one in my house is that size, they’re off to a charity shop.
SCAMMERS.

Con artists. The products are total rubbish, and when you try to return it they send out stock responses in complete contrast to the returns policy on their website as follows:

The items come from China, bad quality. If I wanted Chinese rubbish I would have ordered off shien and saved myself a lot of money.
