Brought my son some jeans for his birthday, they were nothing like the picture. They didn’t even have a hole for the top button to go into.
Tried to contact the company via their website email the page was not found. I also tried the phone number which did not connect.

I would give Zero stars. Waited weeks for the delivery and spent £140. The quality was appalling, I didn’t even open the packaging, as I could see it was very cheap shiny fabric and badly made. Just Chinese junk. No resemblance to the items on the website. No response when I requested 3 times for a refund. I would love to report them for misrepresentation and theft.

Partner ordered a pair of shoes from the website. When they arrived, they were of poor quality and not as described on the website.
Having contacted the Customer Service Team by email numerous times, they insist on not allowing a return or refund despite the website terms and conditions saying they allow returns and refunds!! They are failing to uphold their agreed obligations.
The issue has been reported to our bank.
Would not recommend this company!!!

Do not buy from this company! I wish I had read these reviews before! I ordered a navy blue belt and they sent me a pale grey one, they have refused to refund or replace. Pretty terrible really, I'm just glad it was only a small amount of money.

Utter scam- did receive items but weren’t of good quality and a poor fit. Have tried to send back and just keep trying to offer a credit note instead and do not want to send me details to return for a full credit as per there terms and conditions…….AVOID

Awful company. Item received was not at all as described on their website. Order was received a full refund requested but they offer a store credit. Do not buy from here it’s a Chinese based business who drop ship

We placed a couple of orders totalling over £150, and it’s safe to say the items we received were absolutely not worth the money. When we requested to return them, we were offered only a 30% credit to use on the website and were advised to gift the items to friends or family. This was completely unacceptable, especially as we had no intention of shopping with them again.

Despite the return address on the website listing Belgium, we later found out, after several frustrating back-and-forth emails, that returns actually had to be sent to China. We were repeatedly offered inadequate compensation instead of a proper solution.

We are still waiting for a satisfactory outcome, but based on our experience, I would strongly urge others to avoid La Vie Mode altogether. Save your money and shop with a more transparent and reliable retailer.

Do not buy this cheap rubbish , what you get is not what's advertised, it's cheap Chinese rubbish & nothing like what's advertised. I wouldn't use it for the dogs bed never mind wearing it outside.

what finally arrived resembles a poor set of pyjamas it fact I would not be seen dead in them, wrong colour not cotton nothing like advertised ,total scam we contacted our bank after reading all of your reviews wish we had seen them prior. To make things worse they had set up a reoccurring order without our consent ,now cancelled by my bank to which are taking this up . Total fraudulent company in china, be aware rip off scum bags.

My partner was left devastated as this was a birthday present for me .

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I'm amazed Google allow this company on their search engine.

Claim to be a European company but the shoes I ordered came from China wrapped in a plastic bag. Tried to arrange a refund and was offered 30% store discount and told I could keep the shoes, said no thank you, then was sent the same email with 50% discount.

Possibly unrelated, but after buying from this website, I started being spammed with texts and emails from scammers so possibly sold my details on.

Should be shut down. Almost comedy that after waiting 4 weeks for the delivery of some brown suede loafers a pair of ‘smashed’ furry flippers arrived. Not even the size ordered. Unwearable and for £45 I’m keen to get a refund as very definitely the product, even if it was the correct size, bears no resemblance to what I ordered. Unsurprisingly there are no refund details available you need to email customer services to start the process. 3 weeks later and no response to any of the emails I have sent requesting help. This is illegal as against the Consumer Rifgts Act of 2015 but it will be a long slog. The only advice I can give is never ever to place an order via this website and I hope in the long run we may be able to close this scam down!

Terrible company take weeks on end to send the product, when it does eventually turn up it looks nothing like the item ordered! Avoid this company at all costs charging good money for s@@t items !!!

Fake website, it’s a scam china setup, clothes look nothing like the pictures. I’ve emailed to request a return but I’ve not had a reply.

What was delivered was not what I ordered sent 2 emails asking for help to be ignored will be taking this up with bank in hope of getting a refund

My 3rd review and update. I have now reported this company and others I found selling the same products under different names to BBC watchdog. If everyone here does the same maybe something can be done.

Do not buy from this company. The shirts are not made of linen when they arrive over 6 weeks later. Nor are they finished anything like products shown online. I ordered old money linen popover. What arrived was a viscose rip off. No top button. No eyelets. No cuff. Just a finished sleeve. False advertising

I ordered a Levi short sleeve shirt for £39 lots of chasing 3 weeks later some shein shirt turns up with no labels bares no resemblance to what I ordered they are thief’s I wish I had seen all these other reviews

⭐ 1 Star – Scam Website, Worst Purchase Ever

I ordered two pairs of what were advertised as Birkenstock sliders from this website, spending over £120 in total. What I received was nothing short of shocking. The items are clearly fake — flimsy, cheap material, awful quality, and nothing like the photos online.

They came loosely packed in a thin, clear plastic bag with no box, no branding, and no proper packaging — looking like they were shipped straight from a low-quality factory. These are not genuine Birkenstocks, not even close.

This is hands down the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I feel completely ripped off and want to warn others: avoid this site at all costs.

I will be reporting this further and pushing for a refund. Do not trust this seller
