Damaged earrings
Unfortunately, the earrings I bought with matching necklace arrived with broken clasp. I issued return and I will take it to USPS Monday 2/2.
Broken necklace never fixed
My necklace originally had broke off, so I went back to the store to create a shipping to get it fixed. I wait and hear back about a week or two just for them to send it back still broken.
My ring broke the day after I got it
My ring broke the day after I got it. Customers service is terrible. Haven’t been able to get anyone to get back with me. I even paid to get it replaced and nothing. For now on I will stick to my go to jewelry companies that I know are great. My first experience has not been a good one.

I love love love this boutique! I have been buying pieces of jewelry for years and I have never had any issues! I had a permanent bracelet charm that had started to fade and they replaced with no problem! I had a ring that started to tarnish and they replaced it too!! Amazing staff!!!

I purchased a necklace with a charm in November. It fell off in early June and the charm had turned. I was told that it was plated and that’s why the charm turned and that I should’ve been told that when I purchased it, but I was not. I paid $20 to have my necklace re-attached and within hours, it fell off again.
