Latelita has always delivered an exceptional product along with great customer service. On this occasion due to a misunderstanding on my behalf they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I don’t buy earrings anywhere else now and the friends I have referred do the same. First rate company.

I originally had an issue with my purchase however, the customer service I received was fantastic a lady named Jenny was of great help and informed me of ways in which they could fix the issue I also received email updates as my order was being replaced. My replacement purchase is completely perfect and came within a week of sending it back.

Gorgeous, impeccable, competent
Latelita makes absolutely gorgeous jewelry. I am very pleased with their overall selection, availability and craftsmanship. The quality is impeccable. The packaging is lovely and makes excellent storage as well. I live in Germany and the products come from the UK. I‘m impressed with the ease, speed and accuracy of the shipping offered. Excellent quality and super fast delivery. Only downside the bracelet i ordered was a gift for my nieces 21st birthday and it was sterling silver but there was no slip or label in box stating that it was sterling silver.

I have now bought several items from Latelita and am impressed with the quality, the speed of delivery, and the attractive packaging. I have also been in contact with Customer Services, and they were excellent - very quick to respond and so helpful.

Good service and
Good service and delivery, and a professional overall experience. Unfortunately, this was let down by the marketing approach.
Once they had my contact details, I was bombarded with marketing emails and SMS messages. It has been less than four weeks since I placed my order, and I’ve already received over 10 emails not to mention multiple SMS messages.
Marketing team, please review this approach. The volume and frequency defeat the purpose of promotion and come across as a nuisance.

Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen, aber über den Service von Latelita habe ich mich so geärgert, dass ich das nun doch tun werde.
Vorab: Der Schmuck ist wirklich toll! Allerdings ist der Rückerstattungsprozess ungewöhnlich lang (über ein Monat nach Eingang der Rücksendung). Zudem werden Emailanfragen an den Support nur durch einen AI-Bot beantwortet. Ich habe erst eine Antwort bekommen, nachdem ich einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet habe.

We’d like to clarify the circumstances around the delay. Your refund could not be processed while a PayPal dispute was open, as our system is automatically locked during disputes and prevents any action from being taken. Once the dispute was closed, the refund required manual processing and was actioned as a matter of urgency.
The overall timeline was unfortunately extended due to two factors: the return was sent from Germany to UK in the festive period and took longer than ususal to reach us, and the PayPal dispute was opened alongside the return request, which is uncommon and caused additional restrictions on our side.
Regarding customer service, while we do use AI to support and triage enquiries, all cases are reviewed and handled by a human member of our team. Your case was transferred accordingly, and we regret that we were not given the opportunity to fully resolve the matter before the dispute and review were submitted.
We always aim to process refunds promptly and fairly, and we’re sorry that this situation did not reflect our usual standards of service. Your refund has now been completed, and we hope this brings the matter to a satisfactory close.

To be honest, I would give this company more than five stars if it were possible, as their attention to customer service is above and beyond.
I have bought jewellery from them on many occasions and normally I make my online purchase and the items arrive very promptly, beautifully and well packaged. I usually like my purchases and keep them although they do offer free returns and that is the end of the relationship.
However, recently I have had to contact them about a small issue and the attention to detail and helpfulness of all of the staff I’ve dealt with is very unusual. They bend over backwards to try and make the situation correct from the customer’s point of view. Also, you can contact them by email, but also by telephone and you barely wait for an answer. It is dealt with immediately.
I can’t recommend them highly enough, on top of which, the jewellery is absolutely beautiful and well-made.
Everything about this company is top class!
