Today I had my first session of full body laser hair removal and for someone who was quite anxious and nervous, Jen made me feel absolutely relaxed and comfortable. I was kept well informed of the pre and post processes and the communication through email, messages and calls has been excellent!

I have always had an issue with leg hair, literally had stubble a few hours later ..I always envied my friends who could manage to have smooth legs for the majority of a holiday where I had rashes from shaving morning and night .. after lots of research online I finally took the plunge and booked in for laser hair removal at the laser lounge.. and wow how it’s changed my life .. i have completed 6 sessions of laser and whilst I still have to shave my legs it’s nothing like it was , the hair is fine and patchy and I don’t need to think about shaving half as much .. the price of bundles are competitive and the best around and the laser it’s self is the best one to use .. I was always informed that I may not get full hair loss after 6 session which was truthful and I respected as after doing the research I found other companies would promote this and not live up to their expectations.. honestly I think another 4 sessions will completed get rid of my hair and I will be looking to do in the future however the results I now have I could live with ..the girls are professional and put you at ease .. on top of that the location is easy to get to and not as stressful in comparison to going into Manchester City centre and gives you the opportunity to have smooch around the quays too !

Laser lounge offers fantastic customer service, professional, welcoming and friendly. I have had laser hair removal, I was so impressed by the results that I rebooked some block sessions of face resurfacing treatments, I found this really relaxing, some warm tingling but nothing too uncomfortable, some redness for about an hour afterwards but then your good to go. No downtime. I will definitely be back to try some more treatments.
