As other reviews have said, beware. Placed an order then received an email saying that it had been damaged in transit, and that a store credit had been applied to my account. I contacted Cherry Tree Preserves to see if Cherry Deals were affiliated to them, and that's when they replied to say that it was a scam website. Got my bank to dispute the payment and was refunded the order amount. Also cancelled my debit card. Website appears to have been taken down.

Exactly as other reviewers have reported - order 'damaged in transit'! Thankfully only a few pounds spent - will be reclaiming via card company.
I woke up and smelt the coffee before it was too late
I was about to order some of their "stock clearance" items when I suddenly thought: this seems too good to be true. It was. I checked up on these guys and contacted the *genuine* manufacturers at cherrytreepreserves.
Mercifully, this web site has now been taken down. I pray that not too many folks were taken in by this. 😢

Received an email stating “damaged in transit” a credit has been applied to my account on their website. However there is no way to log in to get my credit back.
Will be getting a chargeback through my bank account.
Don’t order!!! Be warned :)

I made the error of placing a couple of orders but all of them were marked as damaged in transit and issued store credit. Only email available which had no reply to asking for a refund.

Scam website, acquired mailing lists from Cherry Tree illicitly (they have confirmed this). As others, placed order, supposedly shipped and then "Damaged in transit" with a credit note issued (contrary to consumer law). Site does not provide any way of actually applying said credit note (and normal prices and postage are grossly inflated). No responses to emails, so will be pursuing chargeback. Feel a fool for falling for this.

Same as other reviewer on 2/3. Expensive postage, but apparently damaged in transit. The tracking took you to a vague site with no details of who carriers are. They tell me I have a credit note for the full amount, but as there is no longer any special offer items the items are more pricey than the true Cherry Tree website! Especially as the vastly expensive postage obviously wasn't good enough.... IF it existed. I have requested a full refund under their 30 day satisfaction guarantee as much of the order was a gift, (since replaced at more cost), but so far despite 3 requests via their 'help' email... have heard nothing.

Bought a number of items from CherryDeals, including some £1 jars and a free item. Received a notice from the company claiming the items were 'damaged in transit' and granting me a store credit with no offer of refund or replacement. Clearly this is a ploy, offering products at a special price and then forcing the customer to use their payment for full-priced products. NOTE: It is illegal under UK law to restrict customers’ rights or to mislead them about their rights, for example by stating on your website that you only offer store credit for items damaged or lost in transit. Under UK Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to a full refund for goods not received within 30 days of purchase,
