I purchased a full hd video doorbell
I purchased a full hd video doorbell. There was no charging cable for the door chime. Door bell kept going off line. Extremely hard to get it back on line. Having to delete and reload. After several emails I was told to send it back as it must be faulty. I sent it back and after a lot of drama got another one. This one is exactly the same. No charger cord for door bell. Went off-line and app unable to find it. It costs to much to return for the same issues. Do not recommend at all.

Quick delivery, all products arrived as advertised (still to test out the units' longevity), free postage was a bonus and equipment was competitively priced.

Customer service is a dying skill at Laser it seems.
I had a dreadful customer service experience with your company prior to making my purchase. In fact the only reason I made this purchase is because I refused to take no for an answer from a customer service employee named Ryan.
I had called to find out about obtaining a replacement remote control for my recently purchased projector because my dog had chewed the last one. Ryan insisted that there was no such thing, that it couldn’t be replaced. I pointed out to him that this seemed ridiculous that I could not replace such a small part and that this would now render my brand new projector useless. I asked about alternatives - would a universal remote work? Is there any app I could download onto my phone that would work? He just kept saying no, there’s nothing. I started to get frustrated explaining “this is a terrible situation to be in, I don’t believe that I’ve just wasted my money on a projector that can so easily be rendered useless”. I told him that seems like a design fault or something we should be warned of at point of sale. He just kept repeating sorry there is no replacement available. He said this so often he started to sound like a robot!
He didn’t make any positive suggestions nor did he suggest there may be a solution in the future. He did advise me that other projectors you sell have replacements remotes available. This was particularly unhelpful.
I was so annoyed by what I saw as exceptionally unhelpful customer service that I got back onto your website to try and find another contact number for management, and whilst looking at the page for my projector I noticed that it said there is spare remotes that can be purchased as an accessory!!
I clicked the link and purchased two and then rang Ryan back to advise him that he appeared to have given me the wrong information. Ryan then tried to tell me that he was right and the remotes wouldn’t work for my projector. It was very frustrating.
Eventually Ryan agreed to ring though to someone else and check if the remotes would work for my projector model and then he emailed me later confirming that they would work and that he was wrong!! Even then he still didn’t apologise for his mistake nor for wasting my time!!
I couldn’t believe how much frustration he caused me and how it could have all been avoided if only he had a better customer service attitude of trying to find a solution instead of just repeating wrong information over and over, speaking to the customer like they are dim-witted.
This was all made worse by the fact that there was apparently nobody else for me to talk to about this. Despite leaving messages on an answering service that promised a call back, nobody ever returned my calls. I think there is multiple lessons in this experience and opportunities to improve your customer service delivery.

The product came with missing power…
The product came with missing power button. Although the 7inch Portable CarPlay Android Auto seems to work fine without it, this makes me question the quality control process.
On 28/11/2025 Laser Corporation customer support team contacted me to arrange warranty claim.
On 10/12/2025 Laser Corporation confirmed the faulty product received and replacement was issued but until now 29/12/2025 I haven't received the replacement product and no explanation is given despite multiple inquiries sent to them.

Disappointing.
Disappointing.
Operational software is inferior to the STB 6000. No GOTO function. Awkward Info function - unable to see program description without entering EPG (no need to see system / signal details in program view). Unable to List EPG, making seeking weekly events arduous (excessive scrolling). Booked events limited to 8.
Was expecting a refinement of the just acceptable STB 6000 operation.
If there is a performance improvement - eg. maintained lip-sync in all modes, then can the STB 6000 software be made available for installation?
More PVR-like functionality / operation - albeit at a higher price-point would be preferred and worth consideration.
I hope this is received in the interest of product and user experience improvement.
Please consider enhancement / refinement. There are alternate examples. No refund is requested - just better user operation.

Smart realisation
I bought a smart power socket and a garage door opener from The Good Guys. The quality and aesthetic appeal got me hooked. Being able to link the products to Google Home is great. I can open the garage hands free from the car (but not close it!).
I am now looking at how smart living may further improve life.

Don't know where it is. The tracking number shows still not picked up from the sender.
If it's shipped from Sydney to Perth and taking more then 20 days for delivery. It's really a matter to need immediate assistance.
