Incomplete Order sent
Did not send my complete order. I ordered a sub woofer for my laser soundbar and the company only sent me the cables and said the item was delivered. I sent them multiple emails regarding the order and I was told that the item would be sent out soon. But I have still not received my order. Very poor customer service.

Has there been Laser cutbacks?
I got to speak to support once,then they never rang me back with the answer they promised. I've rung both sales and support multiple times, left messages for a call back that never comes. I've sent emails with no reply. Then I purchase the solar cable only to find it has been wired the wrong way and did not work. So yeah,not impressed or confident I can recommend
