Honestly, I usually rate this place 5 stars, but today’s experience was really disappointing. I went in for a face laser session and, when I asked questions, the therapist answered with uncertainty, which didn’t give me much confidence. The session itself felt rushed—normally, therapists take their time to properly cover each area, but that wasn’t the case today.

I left feeling like the treatment wasn’t done thoroughly and that I’ve wasted a session. I wanted to trust the therapist, but today I didn’t feel reassured at all. It came across like there was a lack of care and attention, with everything being done too quickly and without proper communication.

Today I had my fourth appointment for underarm and Hollywood laser hair removal. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The staff seemed rushed, and the treatment was completed in just 3–4 minutes. There was no proper marking or attention to detail like in my previous sessions.

I didn’t feel like I received the level of care expected, especially for a treatment like this. I hope the clinic improves consistency and gives each client the time and attention they deserve.

I was attended by an excellent experienced lady name Tina! The laser session given by tina specifically was impeccable, she was very professional, kind and generous - helping me before the session & after & was an amazing experience! Definitely coming back for future sessions.

This was my third out of five microneedling sessions and I must say that I am so so impressed with the quality of the service at Laser Clinics Westfield! I am already seeing the results and I am very excited to book more treatments there.

Today was the best experience so far during this point of my treatment. Usually, I go to the Westfield White City, but it is the 1st time I was seeing by Marcia, who was excellent. I highly recommend her.

Christina is amazing! Every time I visit, she’s always being so kind, attentive, consistently great and fun! I’ve been doing laser with the clinic for good year and a half now and she is always fab! I visit the Westfield White City branch as its local and all the therapists are GREAT ✨

Had my laser hair removal appointment today and the experience was great. The lady who carried out my treatment was very professional and attentive. I didn’t get her name, but she had curly hair. She made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend.

Took time to answer my questions and listened to plan a conservative treatment. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to get more treatments

Great service, I had the same lady twice and she’s fantastic, in terms of the laser treatment - it’s one of the best clinics I’ve been to, my hair hasn’t grown back!

Not great experience I was in and out within 30min while it says 1h on the website for the chemical peel , the beautician herself admited that this peel doesn’t do anything when I said that it’s my 3rd peel and I don’t see any result.
I wouldn’t recommend this treatment in this salon, go somewhere else . They also don’t really give any pre or post indications in terms of after or pre care . They just don’t seem to care about the client too much .

I’m really disappointed with the way this clinic handles its package sessions. When you buy a package, they don’t notify you when your sessions are finished. They just book you for the next appointment, and only after the session do they tell you that you now have to pay. There’s no warning and no clear communication.

When I asked why customers aren’t informed beforehand, I was told that it’s the customer’s responsibility to check the platform. I understand checking my account, but it’s also the clinic’s responsibility to communicate clearly — especially when they are booking appointments and charging for them.

This approach felt unprofessional and not transparent. Good customer service includes letting clients know when their package is ending and what to expect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I won’t be returning.
