My first appointment to do full body hair removal. Staff was in a hurry, she spent 20 minutes max…very quick without putting so much attention when it should be at least 45 minutes, It didn’t feel it did much… really nervous how the rest of the treatment will be after all the money spent

Not a good experience , the job was done in 10 min while the treatement paid was for 30 min.Shoddy job.,,

My service with Shay specifically was very good, highly professionally, personable and great customer service would highly recommended. My sessions with the previous lady unfortunately was not great with very poor customer service skills and rushed - I believe she was Indian but I didn’t get her name.

Received treatment for capillaries on nose, the next day had blisters and open wound. Tried calling multiple times but no response and voicemail is full - poor customer service especially when aftercare is so important in this industry.

This was my first time doing laser hair removal at this branch, and honestly, it was the best experience I could have had. I really like this clinic overall, but this particular branch gave me the best service.

Shayma, who did my treatment, was incredibly professional, friendly, patient, and kind. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly.

I’m very grateful to this clinic, and especially to Shayma, for such a great experience. Highly recommended!

I booked a microneedling session using existing account credit (confirmed in advance). On arrival, the therapist was unaware and asked me to wait while she contacted her manager. Fifteen minutes past my appointment time, there was still no resolution. The therapist said she would personally have to pay if she didn’t get approval to proceed. I reiterated that I had confirmed credit usage at booking and said I was happy to pay any price difference upfront, which I then did so the appointment could go ahead.

During treatment, the therapist seemed careless — at one point, cleanser/soap dripped into my eye. Midway through, she took a call from her manager, who confirmed the credit should have been accepted but she forgot to note it in the system. The remainder of the treatment was okay, but overall the experience lacked professionalism. The therapist struggled to answer basic questions without checking her phone/ChatGPT, which didn’t inspire confidence.

Staff were polite, and the clinic did ultimately honor my credit, but the communication gaps, delay, and lack of care during the procedure made this a disappointing visit. I hope the clinic improves pre-appointment notes, staff training, and professionalism during treatments.

Salma is excellent and makes every visit joyful! I highly recommend booking with her.

Keep lying about the levels they are using, so eventually you will NEVER get rid of hair and you will keep paying every months
I already complained, they did nothing.

Yet again the team at my local Laser Clinic have let me down. Many times packages I’ve paid for are not correctly stored and sessions lost. Having to get out credit statements etc to prove my sessions numbers.

This is on top of inadequately trained staff. Then if you find a good practitioner be careful of your packages and sessions they go missing. No compensation or apologies ever even when they are wrong.

Also miss bookings…you take days off work for a treatment and down time. You arrive and you’re booked for another treatment. No compensation just let’s re book you in. 😡

Awful experience at Putney Laser Clinics. I booked my first chemical peel. During the consultation with someone called Bellie, I was asked questions about my skin care routine (I had brought my routine products with me). She didn't examine my skin at all, and recommended the Ageless Peel.

On the day, the peel was conducted by another member of staff whom I had never met before. At the end of it, my skin was very sore (I was informed it was normal), but I was told that the yellow light therapy (used for recovery) was not part of the package (it is - says on the website).

The peel left me with dark pigmentation all over my face for the next three months. I kept in touch with the clinic about it - taking photos and asking them if this was normal. They're reaction was very defensive: I was seen to by the staff member who did the peel, who said this was not something she had seen before, and the store manager (who was very defensive about it rather than giving me answers and trying to find a solution).

It was also then I learned that the consultant (Bellie) had recommended one of the strongest peel they offer, despite knowing that I had never had a chemical peel before.

I was terrified that they had ruined my face and left with both deep and visible pigmentation marks (which still resurface now if I go in the sun). Also, I paid over £100 for the priviledge (which they still have not refunded).

I was offered a number of sessions of light therapy (which costs them absolutely nothing), as a method which may fix it. I eventually went to another clinic who rescued my skin, and told me that it was very irresponsible of them to do this peel on someone who has a dark skin tone (I am South Asian), without any sort of build up.

This clinic has caused me great distress - there are no professionals working here that you can be confident in. There is no sign of Dr Charlotte Craven, professionally pictured on the Putney clinic website. The people who actually do the proceedures and consultations are not experts - it's run like a fish and chip shop, except they are doing potentially life changing proceedures to your face.

If you're a person of colour and have never had a chemical peel or facial before, beware of the Putney Laser Clinic!

I sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged for my appointment at laser clinics UK in Putney, I was then told that they didn’t actually have a therapist available to do my treatment that I booked well in advance.
