Azadeh is very professional and great at her job.

Great experience here every time - staff are so consistently kind and discreet and make you feel so comfortable. Treatment really works (I am v fair with dark hair though, so an ideal candidate!) and is completely tailored. Now just going to the Ealing branch for top ups but highly recommend.

I had laser hair removal on my back, shoulders and neck at this clinic and unfortunately my experience ended up being quite disappointing overall.

There was some improvement on my back and shoulders, but it was limited and still quite patchy. After this many sessions, I expected much better and more consistent results. On my neck, there was essentially no improvement at all, even after completing 14 sessions.

The main issue throughout was inconsistency. Every session felt different depending on who was treating me. Different professionals would cover different areas, and I often had to point out missed sections myself, which really shouldn’t be necessary. It never felt like there was a clear or consistent approach to the treatment.

After around 10 sessions, I even sent them a photo showing a clear diagonal line of hair across my neck where the treatment hadn’t been applied properly. That’s when they offered me four additional sessions. Unfortunately, even after those extra sessions, there was still no real improvement.

I do want to say that one of the managers who treated me during those later sessions was excellent. Very attentive and thorough, and that gave me some confidence again. But then my final session was with someone who was clearly quite inexperienced and used what felt like a very low power setting, which didn’t make sense at all for a 14th session.

I understand that results can vary depending on skin and hair type, but after 14 sessions I definitely shouldn’t still have this amount of hair, especially just one or two months after finishing the treatments.

Overall, it felt like there was a lack of consistency in both technique and treatment settings, which likely explains the poor results.

I won’t be returning, and while I had a few good experiences with specific staff, the overall lack of consistency means I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

Hi, my experience at the laser clinic has been truly amazing. I started my journey with Azy, and she is absolutely fabulous. The way she delivered the service was incredibly professional, and she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and friendly approach really stood out. I’m very happy with the results so far and would highly recommend both Azy and the clinic to anyone considering treatment.

Been going here for a while for laser hair removal and always been happy with the results. I only need to go twice a year now for top ups and usually book when they have offers on so I always get a good deal. Staff are friendly and try to make you as comfortable as possible. Very happy with the service definitely recommend!!

First time appointment, and Sami was wonderful.

The laser did not hurt at all, except may be a little pinning sensation that lasts less than a second around thick hair.

But, it was too chilly for my skin and got goosebumps whenever it was near areas with less fat. I welcome the trade-off.

Horrible first experience for laser appointment at Ealing branch . Staff was rude and cancelled my appointment and said I am late although clinic was empty . Forcing me to book tomorrow session . They did assessment in which I was told by therapist not to do full face and neck as hair growth will increase with laser which isn’t true if correct laser strength is used .
Customer service on email so slow to respond and couldn’t figure out my email address issue .
Sadly they lost a customer
