Best staff and best treatments
I have completed my laser treatment today and must admit I am really happy with the results 🙌

Lovely clean clinic with friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely go back to get other treatments.

I had my laser hair removal done with Oraneb and she was amazing. She made me feel really comfortable straight away – so friendly, chatty and personable that the appointment flew by.

She’s very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, which made me feel completely at ease. She was also incredibly thorough and didn’t miss a single spot.

Thank you Oraneb! If you’re visiting Laser Clinics Bluewater, I would definitely recommend requesting her.

The lady that does it is so professional and has so much care to clients.

First time having a facial with Elly at this salon. I was very impressed from start to finish. Staff were professional and welcoming. The treatment was explained step-by-step so that I knew what to expect and the facial itself was wonderfully relaxing and calming. I will definitely return for other treatments. Many thanks!

Terrible experience. Booked 10 laser sessions after my first visit with a very friendly member of staff, but when I went for my first session staff were very rude and unhelpful. They told me they were running 15m late, so I asked if they had a toilet, they told me to use the main ones in Bluewater. I was gone about 5 mins to use the toilet and when I returned was told they had given my appointment to someone else 'because I wasn't there', despite me telling them that I was only popping to the toilet since they were running behind schedule. The way I was dealt with by staff was so rude and not something I would expect from any clinic, but especially one that offers such intimate treatments. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn't want any treatments there any more and asked for a refund which was within my rights (within 10 days of booking). They told me I had to ring back to speak to the manager to get a refund. Since then I rang and emailed numerous times about the refund, received a very apologetic email about my experience. but kept getting fobbed off about the refund and told to be 'patient'. Never got my refund. Wish I had read other reviews on here before booking as that is £300 down the drain, but I'd rather lose the money and book elsewhere with a more professional service than remain with what felt like a factory production line that doesn't care about customers and customer service.

The customer service at this clinic (Bluewater) is not good. No leeway is given for being as little as 3-5 mins late which is a strange business model as things happen and adapting to circumstances is key especially in a customer facing environment. Fair enough if that’s the policy but when the appointment is taking less than half of the time allocated it begs the question what is the point? On top of that all of my appointments this year have been with different therapists who all seem to have different levels of training/experience. In almost every single one of my recent appointments, they have lacked thoroughness and have just skimmed the area showing a complete and utter lack of care. I have noticed this in my results over this year which is a contrast to 2024. I have bought a bundle of pre-paid sessions but after this I will be looking elsewhere.

My only reason for 4 stars is that every appointment I’ve had has been either moved or rebooked for various reasons

I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the specialist made on my first appointment and enhanced the experience. Expectations are high, with results to follow.

I've just had a laser session with Kim at Bluewater. What a lovely lady, made me feel at easy, explained the process, answered my questions. Was really bubbly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Kim.

The staff is friendly and I get good service when I visit.

The treatment was fine. However when I booked the appointment I was quoted a price which was on offer. I went to pay but was told to pay when I had the treatment as the offer would still be on.
I had my treatment today but was charged the full price and told the offer ended yesterday. When I queried this the girls at the till were really unhelpful and didn’t seem to care.
Not good customer service especially as I was then asked if I wanted to book another appointment.

Honest review - I started out very frustrated with this company after trying to book an appointment in Bluewater. They were very booked up, changed my appointment and then eventually when I did turn up, my booking had been taken out of the diary despite me having received confirmation. They didn’t have a manager in at the time so the staff were left with very little they could do for a very unhappy customer.

Chelsea remained friendly and professional though explained that they do sometimes have clients not turning up and offered to call me should that be the case. I was quite annoyed at the time so didn’t expect a call!

Luckily she did have a no show shortly after this and rang me before I had gone home so I did manage to have my treatment that day. She gave such a great service that it’s turned this review from a 1 star to a 5 star and really is a credit to the team here.

My only suggestion would be that maybe they do need to charge a fee on booking so that people don’t fill up appointments with no intention to show up. It makes it more difficult for those of us who are keen to have the treatment done!

My daughter recently had a laser hair removal session and they burned her skin, casing blistering and swelling! The service is horrible and I would not recommend this to anyone.

Also going through the refund problem.
It's reminiscent of trying to deal with a parking fine. Hiding behind email and bureaucracy.
