My local branch shut down with NO alternative emails/phone numbers to contact anybody with. I was due another 2 full body sessions which I had already paid for. After contacting the next local store in Bluewater, I had my new appointments cancelled 4 times by the clinic (one being an hour before the confirmed session. I had even travelled all the way there and was turned down for my appointment). Rescheduling was HELL. I eventually rescheduled with the White City clinic with great staff. They did however try and push back multiple times as that branch is not my branch. But my branch shut down so I had no other options. This was the worse experience and so I will not use this clinic in future.

I have been using the Bexleyheath…
I have been using the Bexleyheath clinic since March 2023 and the results have been fantastic. The staff are always very friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommend it!
