Absolutely fantastic service! Alicia and the team worked so hard to get our house sale through quickly and it took less than 2 months from offer to exchange. It was refreshing how quick they worked, how they explained everything and kept us constantly updated. They made what is normally a stressful process very stress free. Jake at Larrington was great from start to finish. It felt like he was on top of everything, with extremely prompt communication. They work as a "local but online" solicitor. This meant that communication was very easy as it was all done through email. If I did have a problem or wanted to drop off documents I was still able to though so this was ideal.

Searches were very prompt, and were the best format I've seen used. Each search came back with a full report.
