Renewal cover
I haven't needed to file a claim with Lark Insurance yet, but their rates are remarkably competitive and in my opinion provide excellent value. Paying the modest annual premium gives me total peace of mind regarding my music equipment. For this renewal I was able to go online & complete quickly and easily.

I called to make my next year’s…
I called to make my next year’s insurance payment. This was done within a few minutes by a pleasant person answering the phone. It is good to be able to speak to someone rather than have to make payments on line, which older people find confusing. It is always good to hear a friendly person on the end of the telephone.

I rang and renewed my insurance, paying over the phone, then I got a letter in the post saying that no payment had been received and my insurance had been cancelled!
Stress, and time wasted trying to sort it out.
I hope I never have to claim from them. I can't imagine how that might go.

Thank you for renewing with us. We appreciate your loyalty over the last 6 years and are sorry for the hassle this confusion caused.
Prior to your policy being due for renewal, we had sent 3 email reminders for payment to avoid the policy cancelling. On the renewal date as no payment had been received, we sent the cancellation notice to you in the post in case our emails weren't being read. I can see that afternoon you phoned us in to renew and received email confirmation to that effect. Unfortunately the postal letter arrived a few days later creating the confusion.
We hope you also never have reason to claim, but in the event you do, you'll see from many customers we do this really well and will be there for you in the event you need us.

I have done many repairs for clients of…
I have done many repairs for clients of this company. They have been top class when it comes to dealing with myself (the repairer) and the insured. They are quick to authorise work and make payments. They are also great at dealing with any unforeseen bumps in the road, so to speak. Recently I have been dealing with Lisa Lathwell, she has been exemplary when it comes to the whole claims process.

It was quite easy to add an item. However I hesitate to give 5 stars without having had to actually use the insurance. You only really know how your insure is when you need to make a claim. Not particularly cheap but not insanely expensive either

Wow! Does what it says! Insures you!!
Wow! What an incredibly efficient insurance company! I've never known a company like it! Especially for a working musician... I hate paperwork hassle, but I gave proof, they gave a pay out, so I could replace my stage iems.

Cheap and professional peace of mind
Thankfully I have never had to claim with Lark insurance, but their prices are low and they provide great value for money, for a small annual sum, I have peace of mind that my instrument is covered.Lark insurance seem very professional and offer two types of cover.
