Good and straight forward renewal…
Good and straight forward renewal procedure. Added an instrument and reduced public liability. Premiums went up a bit. Not made a claim for all time I have been with them so not sure about quibbling over a claim. Website for seeing your policy works well and is well laid out.

Getting insurance in niche category
I rang about getting insurance for musical instrument repair and renovation, cover for the instruments in my care at any one time, which is a bit of a niche product. Helen Bradley was very knowledgeable, talked me through some of the relevant issues, came up with the right policy that was flexible enough for my needs, sorted in a day too.

Exceptional company and exceptional customer service. I was well taken care of by Sam, he was so helpful, patient, had an excellent understanding of how the company works and it made me trust the company more and feel at ease. I find with many other companies the customer service don’t even pick up let alone show the effort and care that Sam did. Happily purchased from them. Response time was great, payment smooth, just so happy with the service. One of my favourite interactions with a business.

Competitive premium
Insurance recently renewed. Pleased to find premium very competitive. Payment software failed several time (including an attempt by direct telephone). Eventually paid by BACS after some rather confusing and clumsy emails.
