Duidelijke en volledige informatie op de website. Heel fijn om een bedrijf te vinden dat je de keuze laat bij de samenstelling van de hardware en waar je een laptop met linux als OS kunt bestellen. Bestellen ging eenvoudig en de laptop werd heel snel geleverd: ik meen zelfs volgende werkdag.

Due to my Bank stopping the money being paid. Not because of lack of money. But because I had not used that account for some years, and was not normally purchasing from Holland. Bank security decided it was an un-authorised transaction. They then told me wrongly 3 or 4 times that it was cleared. Peter very politely and patiently and kindly bore with me an old duffer and my troubles. Very much appreciated, thankyou.

I've worked in linux for 20 years. Mostly high performance computing, so to do my job I need high performance machines. This is one of the only providers claiming to deliver high quality and high capacity laptops. They delivered on all promises, I was not disappointed.

The website for ordering is helpful and clear. The laptop looks good, arrived well and seems to work well. What I would have liked is a bit more support and explanation, or clear references for where to find help and explanation. This is my first Linux computer after nearly 40 years of MS-Dos/Windows. It is hard to bridge the information in the book and the laptop.

Easy Customization

Delivery was ahead of schedule.

Would warn that the inbound taxes are only mentioned post purchase. Could perhaps make that more obvious.

Offloaded DHL delivery to a local company that did no even check if I was the actual person who ordered... a little sus there.

Had problems loading Linux Mint 22.1 onto a laptop - Peter got back to me straight away with a solution.

I am very pleased with the performance and the quality of the product, the delivery to Poland was super fast (ordered thursday evening, got on monday), everything according to the spec, so far positive experience.

There were a couple of hiccups in the start, but the customer service was responsive and persistent.

The information on the website is very clear, allowing you to take your time to make the right combinations. Once you've made your choice, delivery is fast, and the updates are clear. The laptop feels very sturdy. This is my first Linux laptop, and so far, so good. I would definitely recommend this laptop to others.
