Everything was exactly as ordered, and I am very happy with the quality of the hardware. Building and shipping overseas was very, very fast.

I recently bought two TongFang GX4 14-inch laptops, and I couldn’t be happier with them!

Both machines are fast, solidly built, and work perfectly with Linux. The support team was outstanding — they answered every question quickly and were incredibly helpful during the entire process.

I installed Fedora 42 on one of them and successfully ran a large language model (gpt-oss-120B, ~64 GB RAM) in LM Studio, achieving around 16–20 tokens/s — very impressive performance! For work, I regularly compile large projects from source, and these laptops handle that with ease. Even games from Steam run decently well.

The only minor issue I noticed is a small gap near the microphone area on one unit, but it’s purely cosmetic and not a problem at all.

Overall, amazing laptops and an excellent buying experience — highly recommended!

Good communication! I had some modifications to
the typical order. They even offered to refund some funds based on this. They are a continent or two away and communication was like they are next door.

I used to order laptops from Laptop with Linux at my previous work place for the work place and also as control laptops for the products we were making. They are great! Timely response, the products are well assembled, and if anything is wrong they get it sorted fast. I always knew I'd end up buying my next personal daily driver laptop from them, and that happened. I got the TongFang GX5 15.3-inch Metal Ultrabook, and I am very happy with the product. 10/10 would recommend people to get a laptop from them for Linux!

Simply the best experience I've ever had of buying pretty much anything, honestly. This review is long overdue as I bought a 16" maxed out power house of a laptop in Nov 2023 from them. They were fast, communicative about a lot of technical questions I had. They added heat sinks, thermal paste, flashed Coreboot onto it for me, allowed me to install my own RAM, and even agreed to send it with my own arranged DHL label, as I found a cheaper option.
Everything was honestly perfect, and the laptop is going strong, it is absolutely a beautiful beast that does anything I ask of it.

The customisation before purchasing and prompt delivery

Configuration, Sales and Shipping were great. The website is very intuitive and the delivery time was 100% respected.
However I mounted Mint Os in the Clevo Laptop and there are 3 issues: the trackpad buttons does not work, the trackpad cursor is very hard to use (not responsive enough), I can not change the keyboard brightness with the Fn keys. Maybe there are some extra drivers to search and install that maybe fix the issue (I found only the one for the keyboard brightness, but I am not sure if that is the official driver), but from a website that sells laptop specifically for Linux, I would have expected 0 problems with Linux (or at least clear guidelines on how to fix them)

Received my new laptop in perfect condition; just the way it was packaged demonstrates excellent professionalism. The PC itself is fantastic and does everything I hoped for! Very fast indeed.
In order to have extended displays on two external monitors I connected them directly. The setup was very easy. The dock then serves as a USB hub. This is a great experience and I would order another laptop from you anytime. Also recommending it to my friends.
