I had some questions during the deciding process, and they were swift and adequate answered by the team of LWL.

This indicated to me that this is a serious business with broad understanding of their product.

From ordering to delivery ( in France ) went only 4 days and that included the fact that I ordered a keyboard what yet had to be made!!

After receiving the well packed laptop a little software / kernel issued developed. I struggled some days with it and then contacted the helpdesk.
Also here swift actions, troubleshooting and correct problem solving.

Fast deliveries, professional packaging, responsive customer service. The TongFang GX4 laptops look great, solid metal casing, performant machine. Single minus point: the charger is a bulky piece, which isn't apt for commuting or journeys, one has to buy a lighter wall charger.

I bought a laptop from this shop a year ago and have been very happy with it since. After about 9 months the battery started malfunctioning so immediately contacted customer support, within hours I was given instructions to give them sufficient information on what was going on with the machine, they could not find the issue in my system read out so we decided to return the laptop under warrenty procedure. After some testing they replaced the battery the laptop was returned to me against no additional charges.
Its been working without any issues since then

Staff is excellent, good communication. Laptop is Chinese (normall I would prefer Taiwanese, Japanese, South-Korean. Menu to select all the options is great, lots of choice. Laptop itself feels a bit flimsy but sofar it works ok.
