We emailed you on Thursday the 5/12/24 at 10:39 stating the battery you had ordered has just gone out of stock, we never received any replies to this mail so we also tried to call you but every time we did it went to a flat line,
As you did not reply to the email we assumed you wanted to wait for the battery to come back into stock,
Please reply to our email and let us know if you would like a refund or to wait for the replacements.

Battery was the correct one and has the capacity expected of it
Duracell sent me an incorrect battery and still waiting for refund after returning it
DHL not too good either
Promised delivery then cancelled AFTER time it should have been - couldn't find address apparently. Delivered it next day but I had to cancel a previous engagement to be in when it was delivered despite telling them what time I would be in after phoning to find out what had happened
Not impressed with them at all
