No information provided about cell manufacturers
I was looking for a battery for my HP 250 g4 Notebook Laptop. This company appeared to sell replacement batteries at a good price, however no cell manufacturers are listed on their website. I emailed their support about it, however they refused to give me any information about cells, stating "we cannot release this information under any circumstance"
Due to the lack of information I cannot recommend anyone buy from this company as information about the cells is crucial for verifying a batteries safety.
Update: I appreciate the response and information you've given about the cells used. From a customers point of view "Top quality batteries" is just marketing. Had the cell manufacturers you listed here been in the product listing or had you just provided Samsung, LG, Panasonic in the emails we exchanged, I would've purchased a battery and left a positive review. It's the lack of information and marketing fluff that sets off alarm bells. I hope you understand my concerns and I will upgrade my review for being transparent.

We were disappointed to receive this negative review, especially as you never purchased a product from us.
All the laptop batteries that we sell are of the highest quality and come with a 12 month warranty. The replacement HP battery that you referred to uses cylindrical 18650 Li-ion cells. These cells would typically be manufactured by Samsung, LG or Panasonic. All 3 are used by our manufacturer and as long the cells meet our manufacturers strict quality and specification criteria, they can use either of these. One can't tell which cell is used in a particular battery pack without cracking that battery open to investigate. All components used in a battery CAN be traced back if necessary using the information coded into the serial number on each battery, but that process would only be undertaken if there was a technical issue with the battery, not for a pre-sale customer request. When my colleague responded to your request for cell manufacture information, he explained that we do not disclose this information and also went on to state "I can say confidently these are top quality batteries that have 12 months warranty to back that up, if you run into any problems we can have the battery collected and issue a refund"
It is our policy not to share information about our supplier for commercial reasons. The important information to note is that all our batteries are designed and manufactured to the highest standards. All our batteries are approved to all the required standards. We have UN38.3 and material safety datasheets supplied by our battery manufacturer for each battery that we sell. We would hope that the quality of our company and the products we sell are evident from the fact that we have been in this business for more than 20 years and have 94% 4 or 5 star reviews.
I sincerely hope that you are satisfied by this response and if so would greatly appreciate it if you could remove or upgrade your review. We work very hard to meet and exceed our customers expectations at all times. 1-star reviews (especially when you have not even purchased a battery) hurt our business.

Patient, helpful and prompt response.
I ordered the battery from abroad and had to make sure I am buying the right one. I thus engaged with the company by mail and was happy that the response was quick. It took a few mails to find the exact battery and the staff members who responded were always helpful and prompt. I never had to wait long for a response. I have had the battery fitted and so far it is working perfectly well.

Happy with the service provided
It was easy to find the right battery, which was delivered quickly and well packaged. The battery was easy to fit and given the laptop a new lease of life with about a 4-5 hour improvement over the old one.

Quick delivery, right product
Batteries are a minefield. So many reports of fires caused by poor quality products. I searched for a reliable company on Trustpilot and found a lot of positive reviews of this company. Ordered a replacement battery from them for my elderly laptop that wouldn't charge. Correct product delivered quickly. New battery rejuvenated my laptop, saving it from the recycling centre. Very pleased with the service and happy to recommend this company.
