Brilliant care in trying circumstances for all

Laptop running happily again
Battery fits correctly and charges to full. My laptop is now running happily again. Free delivery was appreciated.
I was a little disappointed not to recieve notice of dispatch or information about the courier (Yodel), but ordered on Monday 19th and arrived on Friday 23rd, so all good in the end.

Excellent customer support
Had some issues with my laptop not recognising the battery so they promptly sent out a replacement, plus Patrick was attentive on the support email, instructing me how to reinstall the drivers. Battery works a treat now. Very happy.

My Dell laptop needed a replacement battery and this was straightforward to find on the website, especially with photos which made identification of the correct battery really easy. Ordered a Toshiba battery as shown in photo on website and invoice e-mail showed Toshiba battery photograph. A substitute cheaper brand was supplied. This is against the law.
A nightmare to deal with; they do not reply to emails as promised or they ignore them. No phone number available. Return and refund was a protracted process.

We clearly and prominently state that we sell compatible batteries (not original manufacturer parts), and this is highlighted in multiple places. The image shown was a of compatible battery, and the pricing reflects this too.
When you contacted us, we responded promptly by issuing a return label. You posted the item on February 13th, it arrived on the 15th, and your full refund was processed within four days — all handled efficiently and without delay.
