Excellent service

I wanted to improve my French
I wanted to improve my French and wanted to study in Paris. I contacted LSI and received a reply from Kristele Auer who answered my questions and provided materials from LSI to help me make my class choices. Kristele provided me with exceptional service throughout my application process.
I chose to take General French and Art History. Once at LSI I decided to add a conversation class. In every city around the world where LSI operates its students have the chance to learn a language in a cultural setting which enhances language learning. Whether you are in university, want to become fluent, or need a refresher course, LSI is structured to meet the unique individual needs of each student. You can study for any length of time and the curriculum is full of cultural content, grammar, vocabulary and a variety of exercises to reinforce your learning.
I believe that anyone who attends an LSI school will have the best language learning experiences of their life.

I needed to book my french course in Quebec on short notice, the staff of Language International did help me through the process in a very efficient and supportive way. Thank you! I had a wonderful class and teacher in Quebec and learned a lot, also had a fun time :-)

I had an amazing experience with Language International when booking an italian course in Bologna. Everything went just as I expected. I booked a 4-week classes and the school was really good. I definitely reccomend Language International.

Language International ist sehr bemüht wenn es um die Findung der passenden Sprachschule und Örtlichkeit, sowie Unterbringungsmöglichkeit geht. Das Angebot für den Sprachaufenthalt erfolgte innerhalb eines Tages und wurde individuell angepasst. Eine ständige und schnelle Erreichbarkeit ist garantiert auch wenn man sich schon im Ausland auf Sprachaufenthalt befindet. Probleme oder Fragen während des Sprachaufenthaltes werden superschnell gelöst und auch die Nachbetreuung nach der Rückkehr und Evaluierung der eigentlichen Sprachschule garantieren ein hohes Niveau. Alles in Allem ist Language International sehr zu empfehlen!

I tried to book a course of Chinese in…
I tried to book a course of Chinese in Hutong school, Beijing, through the Language International platform, paid their the invoice on the June 3, got the response from them (Matthew N.) that I need to wait for confirmation, today is 19 th of June, still no confirmation. All my attempts to get in touch by email and phone
provided on site are in vain since June 13. Course is supposed to start on he July 8...
Also I have found out hat the school Hutongl does not exist. It was purchased by another Chinese school called "That is Mandarin"
I suspect some scam now.
DECEPÇÃO COM A LANGUAGE INTERNATIONAL
Infelizmente, minha experiência com essa empresa foi péssima! Fui atendida por um brasileiro, através de email e confiei nas informações recebidas.
Durante todo o período de contratação para o Curso de Italiano, em Florença, na Escola IL DAVID, as informações eram enviadas de forma rápida e satisfatória, o que atendia a meus interesses. Decidi fazer a inscrição, mesmo achando estranho ter que pagar o Curso na totalidade!
Fui ingênua, na realidade!
Deveria ter insistido em receber um contrato!
Ao chegar em Florença, fui acometida por uma forte gripe, não podendo comparecer à Escola, na primeira semana de aulas.
Na manhã do início do curso, procurei por ajuda médica, fui internada e liberada apenas no final da tarde! Imediatamente, solicitei à LANGUAGE INTERNATIONAL o cancelamento do Curso.
A primeira informação é de que a Escola enviaria um reembolso de 50% do valor pago e solicitaram meus dados bancários.
Ok. Não achei justo o reembolso de apenas 50%, mas aceitei!
Dois dias depois, sem uma resposta, entrei em contato e a informação já não era de um reembolso, mas que eu deveria pagar uma taxa, para transferir a data de início do curso, caso tivesse interesse!
Respondi que não tinha interesse, pois, por motivos de saúde, estaria retornando ao Brasil.
As respostas não eram enviadas com tanta rapidez como no período da contratação.
Depois, veio outra informação, de que eu teria um voucher para ser utilizado até o final deste ano.
Finalmente, no final da semana, veio a informação de que, infelizmente, a Escola não pagaria o reembolso, pois as aulas já haviam começado e o Curso só pode ser cancelado com o prazo de 20 (vinte) dias antes do início das aulas e que, portanto, não haveria nenhum reembolso!!!!
Fiquei decepcionada com a atitude da Language International... não apenas por não ter direito a um reembolso, mesmo que parcial e não entendendo como é possível isso não ocorrer por motivos de saúde, mas também pela demora nas respostas e na incongruência das informações!
Regras são regras, mas há regras sem fundamento, pois como uma pessoa pode saber que terá problemas de saúde com 20 dias de antecedência?
Portanto, sugiro que, caso tenha interesse em contratar essa empresa, procure ter um contrato, pois foi aí que errei! E, infelizmente, hoje devemos investigar a empresa, antes de contratá-la, pois algumas não se envergonham de ficar com seu dinheiro, mesmo que você não tenha usufruído do que elas oferecem!
Foi uma lição... um pouco cara... mas uma lição para a vida!!!!

It is incredibly irresponsible not to respond promptly. After payment, we cannot get a prompt response. People work hard to earn and save money, and this makes the process doubtful. I will contact your system with my co-worker and block you as a scammer!!! Why don't you answer emails after payment? Before payment, you were responding promptly!!

Very broad selection of language courses, almost any language in any country. My student advisor was very helpful as link with the language school where the course before my arrival, making sure everything was going well.

My wife and I took a two-week German course in Munich three weeks ago and had a wonderful experience both with the teachers as well as with the staff at the did deutsch-Institut München.
The teachers were excellent and the staff were friendly and efficient.
This company is unethical
I took one of their Spanish courses in Mexico. Something I was really looking forward to, but was let down massively. Whilst the Spanish lessons were not bad, they were certainly intense. I had one teacher who seemed to get a little frustrated if I wasn't understanding something fully; he seemed to lack patience, so, that wasn't great. The lessons were quite boring, and the School did not offer any extra curricula activities. Overall, the experience was boring. I paid a significant amount for the lessons and accommodation. I did not get value for money, particularly with the accommodation. The host family had some ridiculous rules which I was not aware of prior to signing up and making the payment. I found that I was deeply unhappy there, so I ended up moving, which was a big risk. I asked for a refund for the days I wasn't going to be staying at the host's accommodation. The host said she would give me a partial refund, which I thought was absurd because I was no longer going to be staying there. It made me feel like I was being robbed, and made me question why they were going to hold onto my money if I wasn't going to be at the accommodation. The host woman was an awful person, she tried to put me down, belittle me, and make me feel bad. She was not warm and welcoming. There were times when she also lied to me and did not provide food or provided food at a much later time than she was supposed to. This had a negative impact on my overall experience. I approached Language International about the situation and they did nothing to help me. They signposted me to the School director who was clueless on how to help me in my situation, and satisfied with giving me a partial refund. It was through Language International that I found this language course and accommodation, and when I got into a situation with it, they did nothing to help. Prior to me paying for the course, they were very attentive, but as soon as they had my money (and I came to them about an issue), it was the opposite, very unhelpful.
They also sent me somebody else's itinerary and invoice, which I thought was unprofessional. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when I pointed it out to them, they didn't own up to that mistake, which is another red flag, because I received somebody else's details/information, which makes me wonder if somebody else got mine. This is a GDPR issue.
I'm afraid that I would not recommend Language International. They have poor customer service and do not help you when you need them to.
Do business with them at your own risk.
There are several other language schools out there who conduct their business in a more ethical way.

It is a SCAM. I highly descourage anyone from dealing with this organization. They will advertise much lower prices and after you make payment they will say the course actually costs way more. If you ask refund they will not reimburse the full amount and will stop communicate with you.

We had a great experience studying in this school. We are 3 friends who came for a long trip in South America and wanted to enrich our knowledge in Spanish. The staff was amazing and provided us everything we needed to become better in Spanish. Really recommend!

This has been one of the most incredible experiences! The professors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful. I attended 5 days of classes and my skill level was noticeably improved. They have a class for everyone whether you’re a beginner or advanced. I have committed to continuing my lessons online with my professor until I can return in the fall. This program is well worth the investment!
