Langley's House Clearance are a family business that have been established for over 25 years. We are a fully comprehensive house clearance service, including full or part clearances of any type of property including outbuildings and garages, we buy and sell! We recycle 95% of our waste & where possible donate to local charities.

Great service
Great service, efficient and only took 3 hours for the house clearance. I particularly like the fact that they try to recycle what is taken away or give it to charities.

Efficient, responsible and trustworthy
This type of service has always worried me slightly as to who is going to turn up to empty house contents. I should have had no concerns about Ross and Ross! Helpful, efficient and completed the job swiftly and leaving everything else neat and tidy. They could be a bit clearer about their charges but that doesn’t distract from the job completed.

What has been such a difficult time…
What has been such a difficult time losing my grandma, these guys helped us massively with doing the clearance I couldn't bring myself to do, they are so respectful and very reasonable quote too thankyou so much for all your help.

I had a tight deadline and briefed them…
I had a tight deadline and briefed them at short notice. They managed to find a window within a few days, turned up to review the job, and gave a very competitive quote - which I accepted.
Clearing the house was very well organised and the team were helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble - they even retrieved something later in the day that I shouldn't have sent for clearance. Also anything they give anything that can be used by charities e.g. canned food, clothes, rather than simply dispose of it. A very good firm.

Using Langleys House Clearance was…
Using Langleys House Clearance was amazing. The whole process from getting the quote to the clearance today was highly professional. Ross x 2 came to clear my mother's house today and cleared everything in less than 3 hours. They contacted me to advise of their arrival time and then called to say they were done. I would recommend to anyone especially as they are licenced carriers.

The two Ross’s did a fantastic job…
The two Ross’s did a fantastic job clearing my family’s house, garage and sheds recently . They communicated well, before and during the clearance, and worked hard, quietly and tidily during the day and a bit that the job took. I would absolutely recommend them. Thanks guys
