I made an error in ordering the wrong color and the costumer service department did a great job in helping me return the ring and get an identical one in the correct color. The shipping was probably the fastest I've ever received my products and this is probably the main reason why I will place my second order too, because if you order jewelry and especially rings online then from time to time you might miss the size so you need to return the ring for another one and it's good when the transit is on point.
