Beautiful jewlery
I received my first order with Lane Woods Jewelry and I loved my piece. The style and sparkle is definitely noticeable and the price was just right. The website was easy to order and user friendly. The only three things I would complain about is that on the website it doesn't have a phone number to talk to someone directy and only via email which is a hassle if you want a quick reply. Once used, the reply sometimes took more than 24 hours for a reply and then the reply did not always answer all the questions asked and I had to reply with the same questions twice. I also noticed that although I bought the piece online and gave my email, I did not receive a receipt of the purchase with the details so I had to contact and wait via email. The order also took longer than I expected but when I received it, it was better than I expected. I recommend the company have live agents to answer any questions and also to add more details on their website like where these pieces are made and where they ship from. For mine, I found out they were made and sent from China. I didn't receive any guarantees with the piece as far as workmanship or quality and materials so that tells me that it may or may not be the material listed in the website (white gold/silver/moissanite). Their return policy is a bummer because you will never get back the complete amount unless you cancel within 24 hours. This is unfair if you wait for the piece and for what ever reason it was not what you expected or there is something defective. Keep this in mind before ordering and a risk you will have to take. Otherwise the piece is nice and satisfied with my order.

I have received emails with the process my jewelry is in and has given me peace of mind that my purchase is being taken care of. The shipping is reasonable. I purchased a 2ct pear cut ring and not long after one of the prongs broke off. I contacted the company and they were quick to make it right, covered with warranty, I sent the ring back and received a replacement. They made the exchang so quick and easy. Great customer service.

However, when it arrived, I was astonished by its beauty, which surpasses any diamond I own in terms of brilliance and clarity. The ring is solid, well-made, and clearly crafted by skilled craftsmen. It's so beautiful that it almost dwarfs my wedding band. I'm very happy!

STONE FELL OUT & GOLD RING TURNED SILVER
My ring took almost 2 months to arrive, they also messed up the engraving that I spent extra on. To add on top, My diamond fell out within three months of me having the ring. not only that the ring was gold and it was turning silver. They will not replace it or give me some type of refund. My wedding is April 2026.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Their support team is bullshit:))

Engraving & Shipping Delay: We take full responsibility for the initial mistake of missing the letter “i” in your “i love you” engraving. We immediately notified you of this error and waited for your confirmation before shipping the ring—and it was only after you agreed to proceed that we dispatched it, which led to the delivery timeline you mentioned. We apologize again for the oversight that started this issue.
Metal Discoloration & Wear: You purchased this ring on July 22, 2025—after half a year of daily wear, slight discoloration or wear is a normal result of regular use, even for gold-plated or solid gold jewelry (depending on your ring’s material). This is not a sign of defective craftsmanship.
Warranty & Lost Stone Solution: As clearly stated on our website, all our jewelry comes with a 1-year free warranty covering craftsmanship issues and setting labor. For your lost stone, we offered to reset a new stone for free (no labor/setting fees)—the only request was covering the cost of the replacement stone itself, since the original stone was lost and couldn’t be reused. This is a reasonable material cost we can’t absorb on our end.
