Never showed up
Never showed up, also led us to believe it was coming from Ontario Canada and now 4 days later nothing has arrived, we were charged a customs brokerage fee that was never mentioned, so, late, has not arrived in one day as stated or at all and i was charged a brokerage fee from UPS! Apparently, this is coming from Europe

Hi Ronald, First of all you did the order on sunday, as you know in Europe we don't work on sunday so we process and shiped your order on monday. UPS had a delay because they had a problem in one of the aircraft on tuesday so is flying today. We don't know where did you see this "led us to belive it was coming from Ontaro." About customs and duties is on our website in the front page, both statement, that we are based in Europe and customs&duties outside the European Union is not included. We hope you can receive your order the soon as possible, if not feel free to return it.

Buyer beware of high duties when buying in uk from Spain
Not happy with the very high cost of import duties levied After the item was shipped. To have an extra £70 added to a £275 order when no mention of extra payment was warned of when ordering, is extremely annoying. It’s taken 9 days for them to actually update the delivery status, and that was only after 2 emails and a message on WhatsApp. They did reply the following day to be fair, but the delivery date has also been pushed back another 5 days too. Had there been a warning or an example of the possible charge then I wouldn’t have ordered. They have replied to my concerns immediately and sent a link to ‘shipping’, and also offered for me to return for a refund (minus fees). I can’t comment on the items as they still Haven’t arrived. !

Dear Alison, we are sorry to hear your disatisfaction, about your email we replied the following bussines day, because you sent the email on saturday and we don't work over the weekends, about the import cost, we are not the one who set the prices, that's the UK goverment as you are well aware beign a UK citizen, in our policy is very clear for customer to read it before placing the order, please keep that in mind when ordering outside the EU. We add an extra note in our website so customer can see it clearly.
