He realizado ya cinco pedidos en Landycars y estoy muy satisfecho. Antes todavía podía justificarme diciendo que estaba esperando piezas y por eso el coche no estaba listo, pero ahora ya no es así. Todo llega exactamente como se ha acordado, e incluso a veces más rápido de lo esperado.

Hi Guido, we communicate in both Spanish and English, but if your first email is in Spanish, we will assume that it is your preferred language for communication. You placed the order on a Saturday, and as you may know, we do not work on weekends, so we processed the order on Monday. As indicated on our website, the dispatch time is 6–7 days, so we were still within the expected timeframe.

the packaging was pretty poor, the cardboard box was in pieces and the plastic bag screeded. Otherwise it was great and got here fast! Maybe just package things a bit better

Good Customer Service, QA/QC Could Improve
My experience with this order has been good, so far... a single bolt was out of stock so a Landycars Customer Rep contacted me via email offering to either substitute or cancel the missing bolt from my order. I chose to cancel the bolt.
At the same time, I noticed that a bolt was missing from a wheel bearing kit from a previous order (Landycars only sent 4 of 5 bolts) so I requested that they throw in a replacement for the missing bolt... the Customer Rep agreed and did so- free of charge (kind of... it was paid for in the previous order).
So far, on the current order... great customer service.
On previous orders... Website/selection great. Pricing good, Delivery time is decent (not to Amazon level, but not bad- about 1 week from placing order). Quality Control/Quality Assurance could improve (missing bolt from standard kit on one order, oil drain plug with OEM ref # had wrong threads, and transmission oil strainer with OEM ref # too large to fit into position on another order). I understand that the drain plug and oil strainer problems are probably manufacturers' errors more than Landycar's, but Landycar should consider doing some more QA/QC to make sure the parts they select for distribution are good matches to OEM spec, and their assembled kits have all the parts.
I will definitely continue to use them, but there is room for improvement.
