All of our natural stone is CE marked, which means it has been tested for its suitability of performance in areas of strength, hardness, porosity and durability. We carefully select products that are of consistently high quality; we avoid ‘end of line,’ old stock or lower grade Indian stone. All of our Indian stone is ethically sourced and processed to the strict standards of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) ensuring no child labour is used, fair wages are paid and there is a safe workplace.

Great service, wasn’t ordering a lot, 1 x bulk bag of MOT, but i ordered in the evening on the 27th Oct and it arrived 29th in the morning. Courtesy call in the morning to let me know the driver was on his way, delivery guy was spot on too

I placed an order for four tubs of…
I placed an order for four tubs of titan grouting for patios. I received one two days later, two three days late and another week later I still haven't received the fourth one. I wanted to get this done at the weekend before the first frost but although they were sent out together I can't now do it as I don't have enough. I contacted the company who said they would speak to dhl to find out what had happened. I suppose it's more to do with dhl who says they tried to deliver it this morning but I was here and they didn't. very disappointed I can't now finish this job. they need to find out why they didn't all arrive together
update. landscape world have delivered ma a tub directly their own cost so I can't ask more than that. I would definitely reconsider my delivery company. thanks

I've attempted to contact you several times today on the phone number listed on your original order to update you and as there was no reply, I emailed you to explain. I'm not sure if you have seen my email after reading the review on trustpilot. I’d like to clarify that your tubs were shipped via DHL, which handles all of our third-party deliveries and they were despatched the same day as you placed your order. Upon learning from you on Saturday about the missing tub, we immediately began investigating the issue. Unfortunately, as DHL manages a high volume of shipments daily, it can sometimes take time to trace individual items.
Whilst we’re still awaiting a resolution from DHL, we wanted to ensure you received your order as soon as possible. We therefore decided today, which we were ringing to explain, that we would send a replacement tub with one of our drivers directly to you tomorrow, so as we can personally confirm it reaches you safely. This tub has not been re-imbursed to us by DHL as we do not know where that tub is and therefore this tub is at a cost to us. It could still be that the missing tub is delivered to you by DHL.
Please know we are committed to resolving this matter and have made every effort to locate your missing tub. This situation is a loss for us as well, and we’re doing our utmost to make it right. It's disappointing to read your review as we have been working on a resolution for this since Saturday and reviews like yours can be damaging to independent family businesses like ours that aim to give a good service as I hope you see from the solution as stated above.

In my experience the trade centre and delivery staff are very competent, professional, and customer friendly. Their building materials are high quality products but not over priced. Their service was excellent, from order to delivery and high standard quality products
