We recently bought our camper from Lancaster Motor homes which Anthony made very straight forward for us as it was our first camper purchase and we are loving it thanks again Jo Penfold😁

Initial response from the salesman was good, seemed interested in wanting to help out, good back and forth emails with questions answered quickly and seemingly knowledgeable.

The problems arose when we went to see the motorhome and actually meet the staff.

We ended up dealing with who I believe was the manager but we couldn’t get over his arrogance and dismissive attitude.

After paying the holding deposit over the phone prior to viewing the motorhome and then reading the basic terms and conditions of sale we decided against putting down the non refundable £5000 that they asked for and have since found another motorhome elsewhere.

After reading similar reviews on trust pilot about people losing deposits we think we made the right decision.

We found quite a lot of further evidence of problems with deposits being held for dubious reasons on Facebook and forum posts. Also evidence that’s documented with screenshots and emails proving some reviews online were and still are fake!

I recently bought a motor home from here and up to now it as been great i have been on a trips in it and it as been spot on.Charlie my sales man was honest and helpful.There was a few issues when i went to get it . But overall good .No after sale yet .Overall when you go ask for Charlie..
