I had to use them because I was dumped with a substandard Property from Prosperity Wealth. They were so bad I borrowed 10,000 quid to get rid of them. Even then they paid the Tenant's deposit back to him rather than to me when I did so, despite my messages and phone calls and took three weeks to repay an over payment from the Tenant. Maintenance bills are extortionate and second or third quotes never applied for.
Even removing an old mattress a tenant left cost hundreds of pounds.

I believe this company is is very trustworthy and absolutely honest. They work very hard to ensure that objectives are met. It is a pleasure to work with this company.
