I found the coaching sessions to be very good and helpful. Sir listens patiently and humbly with solutions to the problems. When I speak or describe a situation, I am sometimes not very clear but he is able to decipher and reach to the root cause. I'm working on the startegies shared for improving myself. However, I was interested in following daily action items , but I was not given because I refused a repetitive task initially. Otherwise, all the sessions were meaningful.The sessions helped me understand myself and manage better at difficult times. I am thankful for the understandinga and guidance.

Lalit is one of the most genuine and impactful coaches i have ever worked with. Through this course one can easily be more self aware as in today's world we love to pass the blame onto other's rather he makes us look inwards to find them answers.

I had just recovered out of depression and wanted to progress in life. I wanted to be the disciplined person I was before. Therapy helped me a lot in creating the awareness about who I was. An amazing one-hour session with Lalit. I really like the way how Lalit tries to find answers to some of our questions within us. His questions made me extremely self-aware and carved the path forward.

He was accurate in suggesting action plans based on two-three incidents I narrated. 80% of the session was just me talking about why I am here and some incidents that made me feel low and 20% Lalit moderates and helps me get the solution for the same. We all need an enabler like Lalit to work on ourselves and our skills.
