I’m grateful for the session that made a positive impact on me.The trainer had an engaging approach,Effective communication and practical guidance have equipped me with valuable skills and knowledge.I feel more confident in acing my interviews now. The phrase was affective:“When you are learning, you are growing and when you are not growing you die”.

I had a truly wonderful experience with this company. The session was highly engaging and insightful, and it gave me a clearer perspective on how to set meaningful goals and build my Carrer path with confidence.I personally learned valuable strategies that I can apply both professionally and personally.
I'm genuinely grateful for the opportunity to be part of this session, and i truly appreciate the effort and guidance provided . It was an experience that will definitely have a positive impact on my journey ahead.

The way Bhavani made me feel in the 5 days is something memorable for a lifetime. I have learned to communicate well, emotional intelligence, how to have goals and achieve them. She also taught me how to address my fear and work on my weaknesses to make them my strengths. This is something that I really needed as a detached, silent individual not good in opening up and expressing my feelings assertively.

The pre-placement training sessions conducted by Bhavani were highly informative and well-structured. She explained concepts clearly and made learning engaging.
Her way of teaching and guidance boosted my confidence and prepared me well for placements.

It was a great way of creating awareness on our personal emotions and in what way it could be handled. What mostly makes us feel different types of emotions and how they could be dealt with and the social skills basically making us interact with the other person present in class making sure that we take atleast some efforts in creating connections.

But slides and discussion what explaining in the training was not much relevant to the topic.

The program was very generic.
I was expecting more of "how to deal with escalations and dificult customers". This class told an overview of escalation only which i was already aware. Not much learning for me.

It was a great learning experience. I got a lot of clarity on handling customers, what are their expectations and how to meet them. I trainer was also knowledgeable and friendly.
