Very Good communication very fast delivery via the brilliant DPD.
A pleasure to do business with!

Great quality at very reasonable prices. Staff very helpful.

I bought the purse and had it delivered to my daughter as a birthday gift. She hasn’t opened it yet as the order arrived very, very promptly and somewhat earlier than I had thought. Hopefully she will like it and love the sunrise colour.

Easy to order, Lakeland Leather had their January sale on so I bagged a bargain! Thank you 🤩

Carlisle store - SAM- Went the extra mile to get more order to me quicker and change delivery address to my work.
Fantastic service.

Purchased a new pair of sheepskin slippers to replace a much loved and worn pair I’ve had for many years also purchased from Lakeland. Very pleased with them and super comfy. Bought in the sale with an extra 15% off so very happy. Easy to order online and delivered quickly. Would recommend.

Beautiful classy looking bag, good quality with plenty of space for phone, specs, purse etc.

I bought two bags and couldn’t be happier with them. They’re made from beautiful, soft leather, feature practical pockets, and are just the right size.

Good product - as expected and delivered promptly.

I would just mention there seems to be a small glitch in the address bit of the order section of the website. Two lines could not accommodate the relevant lines of my address and requiredeach line to be no more than twenty characters long. This was despite the fact that I was using the pull down address using my postcode which, as usual, is offered in the order sectionrather than inputting the address manually.

Very satisfied with the men's gloves and the prompt service. The website was straightforward and the method of measurement for the size required was spot on. Well done !

I absolutely love these leather gloves. The leather is so very soft, so softer than the ones i had looked at in retail shops. I had been looking around for extra large ladies leather gloves as i have long fingers. The ones i saw in the retail shops only went to large, i could have made do but i felt some company must do extra large.
How wonderful to find Lakeland Leather. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

The goods arrived speedily after being ordered and are of good quality. They were accurately described & have met expectations.

Contact with the company was excellent. The item is a Birthday present for a date in February..........so I am unable to comment further!

Excellent service and a beautiful soft leather bag

website included bag descriptions and dimensions which were accurate and the pictures helped. And a great price too.

Had a quick delivery of my Lakeland bag and it arrived safely. The bag is exactly as described and I'm very happy with it.

The website was very easy to navigate. I found what I wanted immediately. I bought a pair of slippers and I am delighted with them they are just as described by Lakeland Leather. They came very quickly.
Extremely pleased very good quality product.

I put the skirt on ,placed hands in the pockets and the pocket tore to the top of the waist band.I had thrown away packaging as already tried it on and a good fit.
