Great products and second to none customer service...would highly recommend

Carly was a superstar and resolved my issue in 30 seconds flat. What a result!

Bought premium plus DIY tower 7m with wheels. 875 pounds. It's basically a 5m + 2m extension tower. And yes the stabilising bars are included aswell. The higher you go the more wobbly it gets but I managed to replace whole guttering system in a day. It's much safer than using a heavy ladder. I can still use the tower for further projects and tasks.

After I ordered some scaffolding, it was delivered quickly, but unfortunately, part of it was damaged. When I contacted the customer service for support with this Carly took my call and she was absolutely excellent. She understood immediately what the problem was and made swift and efficient actions to put it right she was courteous and friendly and professional at all times. It was an absolute pleasure to have such service in this world of AI robots and people reading off scripts Carlie couldn’t have been further from that as she was very real very human very efficient and took care of everything while displaying a helpful and supportive manner. It made a massive difference in my view of this company and she is an absolute credit to it thank you. 

So I urgently needed a ladder so looked at all the options and decided to go with BPS with next day delivery. I called the number on the website on Sunday morning and was told that the Trade master pro 3 12 rung ladder is in stock and the quickest way to order it is by putting the order in online for a delivery on Tuesday. I did that but got an email on Monday morning telling me that the ladder is out of stock. I called them and was told that it was a mistake the ladder is not in stock so I chose the 11 rung Trade master pro 3 combi ladder which was in stock for delivery on Tuesday as next day delivery. Now its Tuesday and I am receiving another email to say there are issues with delivery and unfortunately the ladder will not be delivered today. I did read one review which mentioned that significantly delayed delivery and I didn't think much of it. Take heed, you have been warned.

Another side point is that the new ladder which I opted for is cheaper but I have received an invoice with the old price on there rather than the refund I was told about over the phone.

-Was considering buying a scaffold tower from this company but their first response was that they don't have the various towers available for viewing.
-Spoke to someone else afterwards who said that they did have the towers but they were difficult to get to so to phone back on the morning that I wanted to view them so they could be prepared for viewing in the afternoon.
-Phoned back on the morning of viewing to be told that they had a lot of deliveries arriving so it's not going to happen.
-No apology for being messed around, no attempt to arrange another time to view the product before potentially spending hundreds or thousands of pounds. Can't imagine what they must be like to deal with if you need to use the lifetime guarantee. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from them to find out.

Great range of quality products available for next day delivery or collection. Helpful knowledgeable staff on the phone and on-site. Will definitely use again.

I gave 4* as the DX delivery courier is beyond dreadful. I contacted BPS to chase the ladder as by 4pm on day expected it had not arrived. Lady called CARLY was an example of superb customer service. She calked DX who confirmed their notified delivery would not happen (!) and promised 'before 1pm NEXT day. At 3pm I called long suffering Carly to cancel my order and DX arrived. The ladder is of highest quality and my husband was surprised and delighted with his (now late ) birthday surprise.
Carly was calm, professional and sympathetic and did all she possibly could to get this tripod ladder delivered.
Thankless job receiving cross customers' calls but this lady a perfect ambassador for her company.

Required additional parts for the scaffolding, quick easy transaction, informative, great knowledge. Explained where the items would be delivered to.

Fantastic service from Carly at BPS who help source a replacement lock mechanism for a loft hatch.

Thank you so much as it save all the inconvenience of having to replace the entire hatch.

In all I have purchased four loft ladders from BPS I am a property developer and their loft ladders are absolutely the best on the market both with regard to design and quality I called them today over a small matter and they sorted it instantaneously absolutely a great company to deal with.

I ordered an 9ft ladder but received an 8ft one. I already fitted it before i realised. I ordered another 9ft concetena loft ladder. Another 8ft arrived.

I contacted Customer service (Carly) and she swiftly organised the supply of an additional step for the original 8ft ladder but also organised the collection of the 2nd incorrectly sent ladder.

Bolt came without thread. Talk to customer services and they had me a new set Sent out immediately. Top notch!

Unusual to leave a 5 star review when I didn't get what I ordered but BPS displayed a level of service that ought to terrify their rivals.
Finding the goods out of stock, they sent a note with an honest timescale for re-supply. Only the fact that my contractor won't be here long enough to include the fitting in their work caused me to cancel. BPS made an immediate refund. Their response was fast, friendly, practical and intelligent.

Needed a replacement part for our tower. Very quick process to source and send out for us. Bryan was very helpful on the phone.

Bought a 7M scaffolding Tower from this Company via Amazon. Unfortunately two of the ladders arrived damaged. Luckily for me I had CCTV of the delivery man depositing them in my garden damaged and was able to produce this evidence that they arrived damaged and was not caused by me. Having made contact with the company I dealt with Carly who was excellent and the following day replacements arrived. I then had to order some additional smaller ladder extensions as I was using the ladder inside and need to reduce the hight due to me celling; something I'd not considered. Again requested one day; the following day the ladders arrived. While damage happened (it can) the company put this right immediately sending out replacements within 24 hrs. This is TOP customer service. I would therefore highly recommend this company and a 5 Star rating for Carly too.

Ordered aluminium delux pergola £999.00. Took two weeks and a few calls before it arrived. This was in nov 2025 had to wait until new year to assemble and found screws wheee threaded and parts just did not fit together as per instructions. After three weekends of trying I lost the will to live and threw it all in the back of a trailer for recycling centre I emailed company and received no support or reply would not recommend this company for anything

This company does exactly what they say they will.
In fact Carly is so polite and efficient I honestly thought she must be AI when we communicated online ...she isn't by the way!
Brilliant service - if only more could be like this.
