Over charging for embroidery and lettering got what I needed for half the costs

Very comfortable, looks nicer than polyester

Product received is lower quality then it used to be

Received my embroidered white coat without my name..my practice name was too small..haven't had time to send it back

Fedex lost the order. you said you would replace and resend, I have not heard back from you nor received the order...

The coat was not true to size. it bigger than stated.

I was impressed with the quick embroidery of a lab coat and fast shipping + their teams communication and help.

I would've given a 5; however, there was trouble with purchasing with our credit card. It wouldn't go thru, but it was a valid card. They tried several times, but no luck. So, I had to hold the order and go thru a PO process, which prolonged the order a few weeks.

I ordered a lab coat according to my schools specifications and was told to order a similar coat because they were out of stock, and would not be in stock for more than a month. I then placed an order for the similar one and within a few days received an email confirmation that the initial order had been shipped. I was charged for both orders, and when I contacted the company was told they couldn’t take the return for both lab coats, but was offered a 40% discount.. on another lab coat. Currently suggesting other companies for my fellow student to purchase through.

The service was okay. Communication was a bit lacking so it extended the time before I received. I had to reach out and ask where things stood and that started things going again.When I finally got the lab coats the names were correct but some other company's logo was on them so I had to reach out again and that added even more time. As far as the quality of the lab coats and embroidery goes, it was just fine.

I never received my lab coat. Despite promises, three to be exact that it would be expedited due to the wait time. I also had to reach out to them each time.
