Overpromised and under delivered
Overall it was okay experience. I spoke with the team for free shipping option since my order was more than 300 usd. They have the pop sign on their page that with more than 250 usd, the order qualifies for free shipping within North America. I reside in Canada. The team said purchase for 500usd to qualify for free shipping. I find their ad to be misleading. Otherwise their products r okay. Just more on the expensive side.

The product you ordered were premium Vitaran serum which is selling in other shops for 100 USD each, we are having the lowest price online and you earn 20% off during our thanksgiving sale. Sorry we can't compare price with OEM private labels since Vitaran is a known brand in South Korea with celebrities Han Go-eun who representing the brand, so the price of this line is not at the low price OEM private label range. As we mention, we do not offer free shipping for 250 USD to Canada since Fedex and UPS charge more expensive shipping compare to other counties, the free shipping range is $500 USD for your country. Sorry about that, this is because Fedex and UPS charge 35% higher cost compare to shipping to USA, so thats why the free shipping standard is higher for some counties. We ensure you receive your order 100% without any issue. We will add more low price brands in the future so you have more choices. Thank you!
