This is a fake company and until they…

This is a fake company and until they receive the money from the customer, they send messages and emails every hour and follow up, and after the payment is made, no product reaches the customer, and they do not give a proper answer. And I should also mention that when ordering, they wrote that all the products are in stock, but after ordering, they ridiculously claim that the factory wants to make a special product for you (is such a thing even possible???????!!!!) That's why we did not send it. If it was real, they should have taken the product from their warehouse and sent it to the customer. In short, I think I was fooled, I hope others do not get fooled by such companies.

Just trust the process

Writing this review cause I think it’s extremely important for future costumers. I was VERY concerned about fulfilling an order and paying by bank transfer and I can now ensure you I was unnecessarily concerned. My order has arrived perfectly and much earlier than was expected. Everything went smoothly fine and I’m amazed by MJS service. If you’re still thinking if you should use their services, just do and thank me later.
Also if you’re purchasing from the US, pay for the customs clearance option.

By far the best customer service

By far the best customer service, prices, and product. There are many places to purchase, but I ONLY trust this company. I absolutely endorse myself on their product. The customer service is a REAL person and they are utmost respectful and helpful. You'd be a fool to buy product anywhere else!

I have just placed my second order with this company as I was thrilled with the competitive pricing and quality of the products received. I was initially skeptical about purchasing such products overseas but customer service was very helpful and the process was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Not serious

I placed an order on the site. They replied that they would send me the payment details. I tried to log in to my account but it wouldn't let me log in. I created another account and in the meantime contacted the WhatsApp. They asked me for an instant SEPA bank transfer, which I did. I sent a copy and the WhatsApp owner told me that the account wasn't active and that he made a mistake, and that he thought the bank transfer would be returned to me. I'm waiting.

After a thorough internal investigation, we confirm that this issue was caused by a serious operational mistake on our part: our staff mistakenly sent you a closed/inactive bank account for the SEPA transfer, which resulted in your payment not being received by us and caused you unnecessary trouble. We have taken strict disciplinary action against the relevant employee to prevent similar errors from happening again.
Since the account is no longer active, we are unable to receive or process the payment you sent. According to standard banking procedures, the transfer will automatically be returned to your account within a few business days. The exact timeline depends on your bank’s processing speed, but it is usually completed within 3–7 business days.
We deeply regret the confusion, stress, and waiting this has brought to you. This is entirely our responsibility, and we take full accountability for the mistake.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you still wish to proceed with your order after receiving the refund, please feel free to contact us again, and we will provide you with the correct payment details immediately and prioritize your order.

Outstanding customer service!
I love getting new products and absolutely love it when I receive great service as well. Ordered, paid and received email saying it had shipped all within a 24 hour period. I appreciate them being prompt but appreciate their service more so.
