Yep, I bought off these people. Ordered two dresses for my wife’s birthday.
One arrived late. Still trying to chase a refund or the second dress..
Several emails sent, no one seem to care. They have the dollars now.. hope other people don’t get caught like me.
The dresses themselves are stunning and clearly well made. I only think the unboxing experience could be improved a bit to better match the pricing.
Really happy with my experience with Label Lahra. I ordered a dress for a wedding and it arrived very quickly. The quality was excellent and I was so pleased with how it looked. Unfortunately, the fit wasn’t quite right for me, so I chose another style instead. The exchange process was smooth and easy. I had also entered the wrong email address by accident, and the customer service team sorted it out straight away. Fast shipping and very helpful support. I would definitely recommend Label Lahra to others.

This company is a absolute scam! The dress i ordered cost me $80, when it arrived i realised it was cheaply made in China! After emailing them for a refund- they said they could only request 10% of my money back.
After continued emails I got them to 40%, and they would stop communications unless I accepted or returned the item. Do not buy from here. Label Lahra is a scam!

Do not trust this website! I never received a confirmation. I have been emailing with an AI customer support who wouldnt refund my card, claiming my item had already shipped. No tracking number was advised and the number listed on their website does not exist with Fedex.
Its been over 2 weeks and I have received nothing. Even though this is a legitamately registered company, GIVE THEM A MISS!!
Purchased a size L dress after trying on friends M. Arrived and was same size as M. Dress was posted from Australia but was required return to China. $30.00 postage. After emails offering 10% of price & keep dress to save postage.. finally agreed on 30%. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with this company.
MASSIVE SCAM. Do not buy from this site. The $90 item I received is not even the same as the one pictured. Website looks legit but is completely AI. They will respond to emails but a big waste of time and money.

Had a typical tracking number not working-type scenario, and realised this might not be what I thought. The items look good, the price is nice... and the site looks quite legit. even had a https: address.
I have been having exchanges with customer service but the tracking numbers sent don't work. They then stopped writing back to my questions entirely.
Will see if my bank will reverse the charges, but over a week ago now (after saying 2-3 day delivery), and I think delay is tactic #1, so a chargeback is harder.

Edit: the item did come in the end and I'm amending my initial review. There is no way the 2-3 day Aus/NZ shipping is legit. Makes it seem local when it's not. Came from China, took like two weeks. Product is not great.
