Complete waste of time, orderd in july, still no delivery, full of promisses.no action, awaiting refund. BEWARE!

If possible I would give no stars. I'm still awaiting for an order I placed and paid for in July. No e.mails, nothing except to take my money from my bank account. This is nothing but a scam and I have reported this company so beware they will steal your money big time.

Zero stars, this company is a SCAM. They took my money and after 4 weeks said the item was delivered, which it was not. Then they said it was lost, then they said it was found and would arrive in another 7 days, which it did not. I requested a cancellation and a refund only to be told, 'please don't do this, it is very costly for us, we will send a replacement". to which I did not agree, and again requested a refund. They have now refused to respond to my emails. This process has taken almost 2.5 months. An absolute SCAM - do not shop here!

Should be no stars. I ordered a battery wrench. They took the money but nothing was ever delivered. 6 weeks now. All this scamming is undermining buying on the internet . so many many scammers out there. These people promised ten days delivery.

I ordered the printer Dock plus 4PASS on June 20th but never received it. Order number 200725 no received. I paid the sum of 41,40 from laaylay. I live in France. Thank you for your reply. What is the problem please?? Answer me

Placed an order for over $50. Didn't receive my ordered items. Its been a month and no updates. There is no contact detail either to follow up.
It's a scam.

Ordered garden furniture 28th July, no email confirmation, no txt msgs, thought I had ordered from Mayfair have been charged an exchange rate from the USA never received order number tried contacting them unfortunately no joy so reported the transaction as a scam through my bank

Waiting for garden furniture from wayfair or so I thought. Money came out of bank going to Laaylay so disappointed in myself for falling for this ordered 12 August said it would be here 23 to 27th never heard nothing from them

Had to give 1 star so that I could access this company to give a review my actual rating would be zero stars as they a bogus company hiding behind the COSTCO website. I ordered and paid for a mobility scooter which payment was taken straight away. No confirmation or delivery date given. This is a SCAM COMPANY which definitely needs to be avoided.

Absolutely fuming with myself thought I was buying 2 Christmas carousel decorations but like everyone else no email nothing can’t believe I fell for it. It’s a china scam!!! I fully intend to pursue this though not giving up without a fight dam scammers !!!!

Compré un armario para la cocina el 14 de julio, me hicieron el cobro. Me confirmaron la compra. Supuestamente el 15 de agosto me entregaron la mercancía... Pero para mí sorpresa no hay nada entregado... Paquete perdido. Intentas comunicarte con ellos y es imposible. No contestan. No hacen nada.

en mail gehad dat de bestelling wordt verstuurd en ook een trackingnummer, en ja na 30 dagen zou het bij mij thuis moeten zijn geleverd, maar niemand gezien. dus mail gestuurd waar ze gelijk op hebben gereageerd dat ze het gaan uitzoeken. Dus tot nu toe netjes afgehandeld.

I thought it was buying a Christmas Mickey Mouse but received no confirmation email about my order. Put in a question about order but never received a reply. Think this is a total SCAM taking people's money and never completing the sale. Not impressed but don't think they give a shi to be honest

Theft! The company debited my account for 44.98 USD for a phone printer. No email to confirm the purchase. Have not heard anything since and no printer has arrived. They do not merit 1 star! I bought the item through a Facebook ad.

I ordered a ozzy Osborne bottle I have not received but taken money for this item .I think its disgusting taking people's money .its a scam obviously. Another of people ain't received the goods..
