A qualidade da roupa é muito boa e original. Os processamentos de envio são feitos muito rapidamente, inclusivé tive que fazer uma devolução por numero de um blusão de ganga que foi processado em apenas dias.

The experience in the Madrid store was exquisite, the 2 ladies that work there where such a good help with suggestions on models and sizes, at the end of the visit I took with me 2 jackets from the lastest collection.

I ordered a pair of trousers in the exact size that I've previously ordered the same model in before. Unfortunately, their sizing has changed quite dramatically... I also ordered the trousers on sale and they are now back at full price. I'm being told by customer service that it is my responsibility to pay almost £20 to return these and then I must order another pair that is FULL PRICE NOW. I have been emailing customer service everyday this week and they keep telling me the same thing, "use the returns portal". There is no continuity over the emails, it's as if there is a new customer service agent dealing with my issue every day, except it isn't being dealt with.

El producto queda muy lindo puesto, la tela me gustó mucho y lo mismo el corte, solamente la calidad de la cremallera me pareció un poco de menor calidad.

I placed an order with Laagam for the first time on 8 March and contacted customer service on 13 March. As of today, 16 March, I have still not received any response nor my order.
I am currently abroad for a two‑week period (8 to 22 March) at the delivery address provided, which puts me at risk of not being present when — if — the order is delivered.

I have been most pleasantly surprised by the items I acquired from Lagaam, through my three purchases. The designs are striking to the eye, yet suitable for everyday wear. The quality of the fabric and fit are quite remarkable for the price too. I will certainly look with great interest the variations proposed for the summer season, as it is no small feat to find a brand that is at once stylish and feminine, while avoiding the usual and oft-repeated women trends. :)

Le tejido al no se natural no huele bien si sudas

Love the clothes they are so original! I got a bag from here I absolutely love…only downside is some of the materials of the clothes aren’t great quality for the price point. Also returns from uk are a bit of a headache
