THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FAST BUT SEEM INCAPABLE OF DOING THE FAIR OR RIGHT THING!!

Refund stalling and impossible customer services
I ordered the size up as advised on 25th October and when it finally arrived the company sent the incorrect suez. I contacted them within the return date but they took so long to acknowledge my request. I supplied all the photographic evidence they requested. They keep emailing me that I will get s refund but “good things come to those who wait” I find these stalling tactics. I am chasing up emails daily to Emmy 
I wish i had never placed the order; wrong size sent and the quality was cheap anyway 
The customer services are non existent

This company has zero integrity and I have supplied plenty of supporting evidence to Trustpilot to allow my fair and accurate comments to be verfifted

If I could give a big fat zero I would. I received boots, they were not the quality expected so I sent them back, on the 22 November at my own expense. I have constantly chased my refund and nothing but emails telling me to be patient. They are an absolute scam and I can only assume that all the positive reviews on FB that I saw are fake. The phone number on their website doesn't take you through to anyone and the mobile nr given on the delivery address is to a lady in Derbyshire who says she is in the warehouse and can't do anything. Very, very angry that my last month has been taken up chasing this company. Do not buy from this company. I have reported to Action Fraud as have many others I have now found out. If you have been affected, please do the same.

This company is a scam for goodness avoid!! Over two months ago I sent back a cheap version of the boots they advertised and they won't return my money!! Chinese cheap make.

Goods were NOT delivered they say we refused them but we have a Ring Doorbell the goods were not deliver on the day we have recordings. They send a standard reply to emails saying be patient it is now almost 6 weeks they refuse to give us the name of courier or provide any information and will not refund our money almost £60 very very poor service AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE ONE STEP UP FROM A SCAM.

So I ordered my usual size of sandals and was told they would be delivered within a week. They took about 2 weeks to come so was late for my holiday. When they eventually arrived, they were too small so I emailed for information on how to return the sandals. They then asked me to send a photo of the size of sandals. It then took about 5-6 more emails trying to get me to keep the sandals and they would send out a bigger size if I paid for postage which I refused. This makes me think that the sandals are a lot cheaper than they make out, also they arrived in plastic bags rather than a box. They them said they would pay half the postage which I then still refused. They then said they would pay half my refund and keep the sandals I have to gift to someone else. I still refused and asked them to give me the return address. They eventually gave me it and told me I will have to pay postage to return sandals to which I did. They eventually got back to me on the 19th October yo say they had granted me my refund and should take 5-10 days. I am still waiting on this refund. I have emailed them twice more to which they have said they are considering my complaint and will get back to me. Looks like this company is a bit fraudulent. I would advise everybody to stay clear. I have now past this over to the ombudsman to resolve this issue.

I would give zero stars if possible. Do not order from this website. The boots look nothing like the pictures the quality is appalling and they are tiny.

sent a pair of 36 size when I ordered 37. Offered my half of cost and to keep the boots. I refused and said I want my money back. They are now saying I have to pay for return even though they made the mistake. Complete rubbish, avoid. Don't think I need to say any more!!

Though sandals took a little while to arrive, they were perfect when they did! Very, very comfortable and very pretty.

Ordered the iris sandals in cobalt blue and they arrived in just over a week, they are as lovely as in the pics and so comfortable! Also received a free gift too, would definitely order from them again

These sandals are a treat for the feet. So comfortable to wear. I have wide feet and have trouble finding pretty sandals to fit. I thoroughly recommend these to anyone.
Postage was as expected, and was kept updated all through the delivery process.
Will definitely order again.

I ordered a pair of sandals for myself and lived them, they were so comfortable I ordered all the colours , I was very happy with my purchases

The sandals are comfortable and stylish, they go with skirts, dresses, trousers etc. Like other people I noticed they do take a while to arrive (less than 15 days usually though). I took advantage of a multiple purchase offer so I got one of each colour in my size.

Sandals are nice and very comfy but do not think they are the genuine article. First of all they are very small made and they make it difficult to get a refund. They do not come in box advertised on website and there is no writing on the insole. Would not buy anything else from this site.

I have just received my iris sandals after waiting 2 weeks. I assumed they were coming from Paris as the advert does suggest that this is a french company, Instead they came from China. Was so relieved when they arrived to be disappointed to find they have sent the wrong size. Order stated uk size 4, ended up with a size 3. Will not be bothering trying to get a refund or exchange as I’ve read other reviews stating no response to e-mails. Sandals now useless as far too small and money down the drain. Will be much more cautious when ordering from these sort of sites, as obviously not what they perceive to be.

Avoid avoid avoid! Cheap nasty shoes made in China. They assured me they were made in Paris, I doubt they even know where Paris is. I want to return them, I'll pay postage but they are refusing to tell me where they are based (in China somewhere!) Scam company do not waste your hard earned money !

Excellent service was kept up to date all the time as to what stage my order was at. Really love the sandals they are so comfortable and so beautiful. I have just ordered another pair.

Laurent Guillaud took my money, sent me the wrong size shoes and then refused me a refund (within 2 days of delivery). They haven't explained why, their staff just keep trying to coerce me into a replacement rather than a refund, which after seeing the product, I don't want. I bought some sandals and not only are they the wrong size, they're cheaper looking than the photo, with visible glue and cheap diamantes all over them. I've emailed 3 times asking them to honour their money-back guarantee and they keep just saying equivalents of 'please can you not have a refund?' (?!) without explaining why they are breaking their promise to give you money back. It's making me think their shoes are so cheap and crappy even THEY don't want them returned!

Terrible customer service. Now having to go through my credit card company for a refund. Wish they'd just sorted it out with me directly. I'm still willing to return the shoes for a full refund.

UPDATE: Weeks later, they finally agreed to a refund, so I was going to take this down. However, they have now - after receiving my returned shoes - contested the refund and are refusing to pay it! I'm actually finding it funny how cheeky they're being at this stage - but still infuriating. Thankfully I have all the evidence they owe me the money, so the credit card company is refunding me and charging it to them. If you don't want to waste 6 weeks of your life on nothing, don't shop here.

This company is outstanding. They informed me all along about my order. The shoes I ordered for my wife was exceptional and arrived on her birthday. I have been impressed with some companies but this company just excelled. If you like something they are selling definitely purchase from them.

Easy to order and plenty of contact right up until delivery very pleased with my purchase . Thankyou .
