Do not buy from this company or associated companies. Quality of goods is shocking. Total scam. When I tried to contact them I got a virus alert and ended up having to change all my passwords.

Boots took 2 months to arrive and the quality is absolutely shocking. I am not sure this is a legitimate company. No one is responding to my complaints and requests to return these horrendous boots. Do not buy from them!

Very poor experience. Ordered shoes that arrived yesterday. They do not fit and I think the quality is very poor. I contacted the company by email asking how I can return them for a refund. There was no paperwork with the delivery and no company address. They replied to my e mail and asked for a photograph of my feet in the shoes. I refused to do this. I have now asked 4 times for a return address and receive a generic e mail from them asking if I am satisfied with my order. I have tried the contact phone number 4 times, pressing option 2. This results in my call being cut off. I am beginning to think I have been scammed.

Bought a pair of boots in Nov, shipping time was longer than expected but finally boots arrived. They were reasonably, looked good and were comfortable so decided to order 2 other boots in their facebook promotion offer in a different style and colour as xmas treat. These arrived on 11 jan and again they looked nice but 3 weeks later the heels on 2 out of 3 of the boots had holes in them and are now unwearable and not through excessive wear!!. I sent 3 emails along with photos to this company asking for replacement/ refund for faulty goods Ive been told Im outwith their 14 day return policy and nothing they could do about it. Funny their website talks about 30 day return and customer satisfaction guarantee or money back bla bla bla. Ive asked for manager details and a refund for only 1 pair of boots but have been ignored. Please do not buy from this company. Very very poor quality on all 3 boots purchased and terrible customer service. Feel like Ive been scammed. Not sure about you but I usually hope that new boots will last longer than 3 weeks!!!

After being told if you not 100% happy, either with fit or quality - you can return the product for 100% money back, the company has not blatantly refused refunding however although the goods were returned withing a week after delivery in same condition they were received in, and thats over 2 months ago, the company has not attempted to refund my money. Frustration and disgust that they make promises that clearly have no intention of keeping.

I ordered boots in November 2022. They arrived in December. The boots were cheap looking and very poor quality....not as described in their ads. Also, there was a terrible smell from the materials used to make the boots. Boots were returned using Royal Mail Tracking and were signed for on receipt by the company on 3rd January 2023. Almost 8 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund.....as promised in the 100% Money Back Guarantee......
The failure to refund has been referred to my credit card company to follow up.
This route should not have been necessary however in spite of numerous emails requesting my refund this has not been credited therefore I have had no alternative than to take this action.
Honestly, save your money and dont use this company.

This company are an absolute disgrace and I would advise anyone not to purchase their products.
I ordered a pair of boots from them last Oct and they didn’t fit. They were also not fit for purpose, badly made and looked more suitable for wearing as slippers.
I contacted the company asking for a returns form and a refund. They asked me to keep the boots and gift them to a friend which I thought very odd. I asked for my money back and they eventually gave an address to return the boots to. I sent them back recorded delivery so they would be signed for on receipt which they were on 31st Oct 2022.
That was 13 weeks ago I have sent 15 emails asking for my refund and I get the same reply saying it is being processed.
It takes 3-5 days to process a refund so far it’s 13 weeks and I’m still waiting.
I have now had to make a complaint to trading standards.

These 5 star reviews are obviously fake they are very similar in detail and appear most days which is not normal. Scroll down and read the real reviews. This is a drop shipping company the stock is cheap rubbish from China and they are scammers!

I have previously bought sandals from this company without any problem- however, recently bought some boots and have had a horrible experience. They sent me the wrong size, sent me an address to return them and no longer want to know anything about my refund. Every email I send them is replied with an automated response thanking for my patience. The quality of the boots also were awful.

Dreadful quality, shocking service still waiting for refund since beginning of October just keep getting standard generic email response! I need my money back cannot find anyway of how to escalate this to get this sorted!!ABSOULTY DO NOT USE

If I could give no stars I would. I bought a pair of boots at the end of November & in less than a month the upper was gapingly separated from the sole. I have tried countless times to get a refund & just keep being referred to the returns policy, which they can't even quote properly. I have persistently pointed out that this is not a return, their fototwear is defective, but to no avail. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought a pair of boots for my daughter, not a speedy delivery but worth the wait, she loves them and says they are comfortable and true to size. Have ordered a pair for myself now but delivery is so slow, can't wait for them to arrive

Delivery was a bit long but customer service kept me updated.
I love the boots as they are exactly what I imagined they would be.

I ordered a pair of trainers in September 2022. They never arrived and the company is trying to tell me the courier claims I refused the delivery. There was no delivery. I have been chasing this company since September for a refund but, like so many other reviews on here, all I get is a standard email asking for my patience. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. This is customer service at it's worst

I would avoid ordering from this customer at all costs.

The boots arrived and first impressions were that they were cheap. Nothing at all like advertised. There wasn’t even a shoe box. Can smell the glue used and some suspicious stickers on the packaging clearly give away the location of manufacturing.
The boots are ok. They weren’t expensive so I’ll make do for walking the dog 😂 rather than bother with trying to send back. But I wouldn’t recommend the purchase. My mistake for trying to bag a bargain, lesson learned.

The boots were too small and that’s where my problems began. Absolutely no customer service, I followed everything they asked me to do to return them and have still not received a refund 3 months later.

It's my first time to order a pair of boots. I was a bit worried because of some feedback I read that they did not receive their orders. Order was placed Dec. 2. They set the date of delivery between Dec. 12- Dec. 16. I was tracking my order within that period of the week but the link sent didn't have a recent update. Sent an enquiry to them on Dec. 14, got a reply on same day and delivery details was updated on the system as well. Order received Dec. 15. It didn't arrived in a box as advertised but still packed well. Also came with a gold stainless steel necklace as a gift. Boots fit well on my slim feet, wouldn't recommend it if you have wide feet. Material is not very thick, same as the inner lining but kept my feet warm. Have used it to walk in the woods with mud, wet puddles, kept my feet dry. Was easy to clean, used running water to remove mud on top and soles of the boots, it remained dry inside. But I noticed that the black colour on the soles has faded. Not sure how long these boots will last but for now it serves its purpose for winter. 4-stars rating as there is always room for improvement.

DO NOT BUY FROM SCAMMING COMPANY. My boots were unsuitable I have sent them back but they have kept my money. THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE
I wish I had read the reviews on here before. I cannot contact them, and they won't contact me. They even queried this review. It's not difficult....I just want my money back. Do not but through them.
